Beiden Lösungen ist gemeinsam, daß der Motorantrieb oder die Gasdruckfeder im wesentlichen unterhalb des Mittelteiles des Bettrahmens angeordnet sind und z.B. das am Bettrahmen schwenkbar gelagerte Kopfteil an über den Schwenkpunkt hinaus verlängerten Schwenkhebeln beaufschlagen (DE-GM 77 37 374 und 80 01 323). Die bekannten Lösungen haben den Nachteil, daß sie entweder konstruktiv sehr aufwendig sind oder aber durch die gegebenen Hebelverhältnisse ein Verwinden oder Nachfedern des Kopfteiles bei jeder Bewegung einer darauf ruhenden Person nicht auszuschließen vermögen. Auch ist nicht gewährleistet, daß in der völlig ebenen Liegestellung des Bettrahmens z.B. das Kopfende dann aufschwingt, wenn sich eine Person auf das nicht zusätzlich gesicherte Mittelteil setzt. Es sind daher aufwendige Bremskonstruk- tionen tekannt, die eine derartige Bewegung verhindern sollen.Such devices are known in many forms. Die mechanische Sperre des Kopfteiles in abgesenkter Stellung ermöglicht es dabei, auf besondere Rasteinrichtungen zu verzichten, die verhindern sollen, daß z.B. beim Sitzen auf dem Mittelteil des Bettrahmens sich der Anlenkbereich zwischen Kopfteil und Mittelteil absenkt und damit das Kopfteil ungewollt nach oben aufschwenkt. Vorrichtung zum Verstellen und Arretieren des Kopfteiles eines Bettrahmens mit einer in Aufschwenkrichtung des Bettrahmens wirkenden, über eine Handhabe betätigbaren Gasdruckfeder, wobei die Liegefläche insbesondere aus wenigstens drei schwenkbar am Bettrahmen gelagerten Rahmenteilen als Kopfteil, Mittelteil und Fußteil besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Gasdruckfeder (18) unterhalb des Kopfendenbereiches des Kopfteiles (4) angeordnet ist und einen Schwenkhebel (10) an einer Drehachse (9) beaufschlagt, die ihrerseits fest mit einem unteren Scherenhebel (11) eines zweihebeligen Scherengelenkes verbunden ist, wobei das freie Ende des oberen anderen Scherenhebels (13) drehbar am Kopfteil (4) angecrdnet ist und am ortsfesten Teil (28) des Bettrahmens (1) zur Arretierung des Kopfteiles (4) in seiner abgesenkten Stellung eine Raste (25) vorgesehen ist..
