Abstract

Soufflante radiale avec un boîtier en forme de spirale, possédant une entrée et une sortie, l'entrée étant disposée latéralement par rapport au boîtier et son axe médian étant déplacé vis-à-vis de l'axe de la spirale, la sortie reliant le début de la spirale à la fin de la spirale et formant une tubulure, cette tubulure (18), conformément à la présente invention, s'accroissant dans la direction de l'écoulement de sortie (16).

Claims (8)

1. Ventilateur centrifuge avec un carter (1) en forme de spirale (5), comportant une entrée et une sortie (8), l'entrée étant disposés latéralement sur le carter dont l'axe (10) et l'axe central de l'entrés ne coïncident pas, et la sortie reliant le début (6) de la spirale à l'extrémité (7) de la spirale et formant une tubulure (8) s'élargissant dans le sens d'écoulement du fluids et religé su début (6) de la spirale (5) par un nez (12) pénétrant dans la section libre de la tubulure de sortie et reliée à la paroi (14) de la tubulure de sortie (8) par un arrondi (13) concave par rapport à l'intérieur de ladite tubulure, caractérisé par le fait que la tubulure (8) s'élargit ensuite en forme de coin symétrique par rapport à un plan central (18), et que les rayons de l'arrondi (13) et du nez (12) se trouvent dans un rapport d'environ 4 : 1.
2. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle du coin se situe entre 5° et 20°.
3. Ventilatsur centrifuge suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qus l'angle du coin s'élève à 10°.
4. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'arrondi présente un rayon entre 5 et 20 mm.
5. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'arrondi a un rayon de 10 mm.
6. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle au centre de l'arrondi se situe entre 10° et 50°.
7. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle au centre s'élève à 30°.
8. Ventilateur centrifuge suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par la combinaison constructive avec un brûleur à mazout pour former un brûleur à pulvérisation.
