Abstract

Bei diesem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Synthesegasen aus Rückstanden der Kohlehydrierung erfolgt zunachst eine Vakuumoestillation des Hydrierruckstandes zur Gewinnung weiterer Ölbestandteile Zwecks verbesserter Handhabung des Vakuumrückstandes, insbesondere beim Austragen aus der Vakuumkolonne sowie dem Transport zur Vergasungsan­ lage und dem Eintrag in diese wird der Hydrierruckstand in einer ein- oder mehrwelligen Schneckenmaschine der Destilla­ tion unter vermindertem Druck unterworfen, wobei die entse­ henden Gase una Dämpfe abgezogen werden und der nicht verdampfte Rest in der Schneckenmaschine weiter verdichtet und in den Vergasungsreaktor eingebracht wird.
