Claims (8)

1. Fensterrahmen, bestehend aus einem äusseren Teil (5), dem sogenannten Montagerahmen, der vorzugsweise aus Holz besteht und in der Wandöffnung (1) befestigt ist, und einem vorgefertigten inneren Teil (9), dem sogenannten Ersatzrahmen, der vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist, wobei die beiden Rahmenteile (5, 9) entlang der Oberkante und/oder der Seitenkanten mittels exzentrisch wirkender Verriegelungsmittel (12) miteinander unter Zwischenlage von Dichtungen (24-31) verbunden sind und wobei jedes Verriegelungsmittel (12) aus einem Scharnierstift (11) besteht, der im Ersatzrahmen (9) eines flachen Teiles (12a) befestigt ist, der an der Innenseite der oberen Schiene oder der Pfosten des Montagerahmens (5) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser flache Teil (12a) mit einer gekrümmnten Nut (13), die in bezug auf den Scharnierstift (11) exzentrisch angeordnet ist und mit welcher ein im Montagerahmen (5) befestigter Stift (15) im Eingriff steht, und einem Griff (12b) versehen ist, der dazu dient, das Verriegelungsmittel (12) um den Scharnierstift (11) zu drehen, und der nach Verwendung entfernt werden kann.
2. Fensterrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (12b) nach Verwendung entfernt werden kann, indem man ihn abbricht.
3. Fensterrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (17) vorgesehen sind, um das Verriegelungsmittel (12) in der bezüglich des Montagerahmens (5) verdrehten Lage zu verriegeln.
4. Fensterrahmen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der Ersatzrahmen (9) aus Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierstift (11) jedes Verriegelungsmittels (12) in einem Metallbecher (10) montiert ist, der im Ersatzrahmen (9) festgeklemmt ist.

Fensterrahmen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der Ersatzrahmen (9) aus Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der unteren Schiene des Ersatzrahmens (9) ein Befestigungsabschnitt (22) vorzugsweise aus Aluminium geklemmt ist, mit dessen Hilfe die untere Schiene auf der unteren Schiene des Montagerahmens (5) befestigt ist.

Fensterrahmen nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem ein Bleibelag (21) die untere Schiene des Montagerahmens (5) in bezug auf die Aussenwand (1) abdichtet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit dem metallenen Befestigungsabschnitt (22) verbundener Kunststoffabschnitt (23) den metallischen Kontakt mit dem Bliebelag (21) verhindert.

Fensterrahmen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung zwischen der oberen Schiene oder den Pfosten der beiden Montageteile (5, 9) aus einem im wesentlichen T-förmigen Kunststoffabschnitt (24), der flexible Dichtungsendstücke (26, 27, 28) aufweist, und einigen flexiblen Dichtungsabschnitten (29, 30) besteht.
8. Fensterrahmen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile der Verriegelungsmittel (12), die nicht entfernt sind, von einem flexiblen Versäuberungs-Abschnitt (33) überdeckt sind.
