Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein verlorenes Schalungselement für Hohlbodenkonstruktionen.The invention relates to a lost formwork element for hollow floor constructions.
Nach DE-PS 831 596 besteht ein Hohlboden aus einem Unterboden, auf den ein mit Füßen versehener, vorgefertigter Oberboden verlegt ist. Nachteilig bei diesem Hohlboden ist, daß der Unterboden bereits niviliert sein muß, weil ein Ausgleich über die vorgefertigten Oberbodenteile nicht möglich ist.According to DE-PS 831 596, a hollow floor consists of a sub-floor on which a prefabricated top floor provided with feet is laid. Nach der EP-A-82 100 352.2 ist ein Hohlboden bekannt, der aus einem Unterboden besteht, auf dem sich ein mit Tragfüßen versehener Oberboden abstützt. Die Nivlierung des Oberbodens wird dadurch erreicht, daß auf den Unterboden z.B. den Rohboden eine Schalung aus einem sich der Kontur des Unterbodens im wesentlichen anpassenden profilierten Flächenmaterials aus elastischen Folien aufgelegt wird, das anschließend mit einer plastischen Masse bedeckt wird, welche nach dem Erhärten den Oberboden und die Tragfüße bildet. Nachteilig ist die relativ instabile verlorene Schalung, die mindestens bei der Verlegearbeit des Oberbodens begangen werden muß, wodurch sie sich verformt und an den Überlappungen der einzelnen Schalungselemente undicht wird.According to EP-A-82 100 352.2, a hollow floor is known which consists of a sub-floor on which an upper floor provided with support feet is supported. Die Trägerplatte kann an ihren Schmalseiten mit einer umlaufenden Nut zur Aufnahme von Dichtleisten versehen sein. Auf ihrer den Füßen abgewandten Fläche können zwischen den Bohrungen für die Füße zur Erhöhung der Anpassungsfähigkeit an die Unebenheiten des Unterbodens ebenfalls Nuten angeordnet sein. Die Standflächen der Füße können mit Dübel zur Aufnahme von Befestigungselementen wie Bolzen, Schrauben und dergleichen versehen sein. Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand von lediglich einen Ausführungsweg darstellenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt
- Figur 1 ein Schalungselement, das bereits mit einem Oberboden versehen ist und
- Figur 2 eine spezielle Anordnung der Schalungselemente, die zum Verlegen von Lüftungsrohren oder Lüftungskanälen geeignet ist.

Die Trägerplatte 1, z.B. aus mineralischem Werkstoff wie Gipskarton ist mit Bohrungen 2 versehen, die vorzugsweise konisch ausgeführt sind. In den Bohrungen 2 sind Füße 3 formschlüssig angeordnet. Zwecks besserer Anpassungsfähigkeit des Schalungselementc3 an die Unebenheiten des Unterbodens 11 (Rohboden aus Beton, Sand oder dergleichen) 'kann die den Füßen 3 abgewandte Fläche der Trägerplatte 1 zwischen den Bohrungen 2 mit Nuten 4 versehen sein. Zur Aufnahme von Dichtleisten 5 weisen auch die Schmalseiten 6 der Trägerplatte 1 Nuten 7 auf. Die Standflächen der Füße 3 können mit einem Dübel 8 zur Aufnahme von Verbindungselementen 9 versehen sein (Figur 2). Bei der speziellen Anordnung der Schalungselemente nach Figur 2 ist eine Lage von Schalungselementen 10 mit der Trägerplatte 1 auf dem Unterboden 11 angeordnet, während sich die zweite Lage mit ihren Füßen 3 auf den Füßen der-ersten Lage abstützt. Die Füße sind mit Verbindungselementen 9 verbunden. Im durch die beiden Lagen gebildeten Hohlraum können Lüftungsrohre 12 etc. angeordnet werden. 13 deutet den Oberboden an, der z.B. aus Fliessestrich, Holz, Beton usw. bestehen kann.The carrier plate 1, for example made of mineral material such as plasterboard, is provided with bores 2 which are preferably conical.
