Abstract

1. A collar for the protection of the clothing and body of a baby from becoming dirty, particularly wet by saliva, the collar being made of absorbent material, being closable at the neck portion by connection means, such as connection ties, situated at the ends, and being formed by a strip (1) which is widened and/or thickened at the middle portion (2) which engages the chin.
