Description

The invention relates to a method for the automatic prefabrication of wall parts from block. brick, with the features stated in the preamble of the claim.

A method of this type has become known from DE-C-2531 957. Here, the respective wall layer in wall length is produced on a belt conveyor and conveyed under the wall part paver onto a belt conveyor link that can be raised and lowered against a stop, and the wall part is lowered after assembly onto a pallet truck that is lowered on a track on the frame of the State conveyor belt member is retracted against the conveying direction of the wall layer, with which the pallet truck is lifted under the wall part and lowered after loosening the clamping device together with the wall part and conveyed out on a track in the conveying direction of the belt conveyor member.

A similar process is known from US-A-35 85 092, in which the finished wall parts are transferred from the wall part manufacturer to a pallet by means of a crane.

Particularly in the production of predominantly small wall parts, for example at the level of a part of the floor, it is disadvantageous in the process according to DE-C-25 31 957 that the retraction of the pallet truck and the taking over of the wall part require an interruption in production and thus a reduction in performance.

The invention is based on the object to improve the method known from DE-C-25 31 957 so that the production takes place without interruption and a higher performance is achieved.

This object is achieved by the features listed in the characterizing part of the claim.

The endless production and picking up of the wall parts above the paver achieves a high level of production output.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown. It shows :
  • Figure 1 is a side view of the device when moving in a wall layer and when tapping a wall part.

The construction of the wall part 2 in the wall part paver 4 is carried out by pushing the wall layers for masonry from below in such a way that the top wall layer 1 of a wall part 2 is conveyed on a belt conveyor 3 up to a stop in the wall part paver 4. Subsequently, the belt conveyor 3 with the wall layer 1 is raised to a greater height and pressed with a press bar 5 against an abutment 6 and held there.

The belt conveyor 3 is then lowered again and the next wall layer 7, which is provided with a bedding mortar layer 8, is provided on the belt conveyor 3. This wall layer 7 is in turn raised against the first wall layer 1 held in lateral pressure and pressed from below. The lateral pressure beam 5 is then released. The two wall layers 1, 7 are raised until the lower wall layer 7 is again at the level of the press beam 5. Then the next layers of wall are brought in. After the last wall layer 7 of a wall part 2, a wall layer 1 is again introduced, that is to say one without a mortar layer, so that the production takes place in an endless sequence.

A movable transfer device 9 with clamping jaws 12 is arranged above the wall paver 4, with which the wall parts 2 protruding beyond the paver 4 are picked up at the lowest wall layer 7 and transferred to a conveyor device 10, for example for driving into a hardening tunnel 11.
