Abstract
Description
The invention relates to energy savings through thermal insulation measures in construction, as well as insulation against heat and sound, pressing and non-pressing water and atmospheric precipitation.
Insulations are carried out with the help of organic and inorganic substances. Here cork, mineral fibers, foam glass, PUR rigid foam and EPS rigid foam are used. The fabrics are used in the form of panels, as loose fillings and as rollable insulation materials. They are attached to the structures by mechanical fixation or by gluing, over the entire surface or in strips.
When installing insulation boards and rollable insulation materials, there are always patchy areas, because joints cannot be laid closed between the individual elements. So-called cold and thermal bridges are created, which represent a considerable reduction in the value of the insulation.
Under the patent no. 1609 667, the Grethe hook-fold plate is known as insulation. Here a so-called hook fold is formed on all four sides, which avoids the cold-thermal bridges, but leads to a forced locking of the insulation layer, so that a rigid insulation layer is created that is not able to absorb mechanical movements with large-area insulation.
Insulation cut from blocks to bars is known as thermal insulation roller conveyors, which cannot be installed precisely on joints and joints when laying, and therefore do not run flush, and result in cold-heat bridges. In addition, the cut bars made of rigid foam are not closed-celled and with the tolerances of bulk density that are subject to block foaming, e.g. PS 20 or PUR 30 affected.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, aims to remedy this. The solution to the problem is a seamless but flexible insulation layer made of closed-cell rod elements made of hard foam with low moisture absorption and non-rotting, constant bulk density and edge stability, without any tendency to convex behavior.
The solution to the problem is achieved by the invention in that the thermal insulation roller track consists of rigid foam molded parts with profiles such as tongue and groove on the rod ends and the rod longitudinal sides. The closed-cell rigid foam rods are bonded in strips and adhesively with a lamination of polymer-bitumen welding strips, so that a flexible thermal insulation roller track is created. When laying on a flat surface, the profiles interlock with tongue and groove and form a complete insulation layer. The profiles at the rod ends rotated by 180 ° form a continuous groove on the right-hand side when the thermal insulation roller track is rolled out, into which the next thermal insulation roller track with the left side and the spring can now be rolled in without gaps.
Cold - thermal bridges are excluded. The lamination made of polymer-bitumen welding membrane is equipped with polyester reinforcement and is therefore very stretchy, the strip-wise connection with the rigid foam bars by means of an adhesive cold adhesive results in good flexibility. The rods as moldings have no interfaces, they are closed-cell, constant z in the bulk density. B. PUR 30 or PS 20, and do not tend to convexity due to the profiles. Due to the tongue and groove profiles on the long sides of the bars, mechanical pressures are distributed to the adjacent hard foam bars, so that damage below the lamination when laying on hollow bodies, such as trapezoidal sheets, is minimized. The all-round closed-cell rods made of hard foam tend to absorb very little moisture and therefore have a constant thermal insulation value.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. I to IV.
