Hierdurch ergibt sich eine relativ hohe mechanische Lebensdauer ohne eine Sonderbehandlung der Lagerstellen vornehmen zu müssen. Es sind keine Stanzkanten im Gleit-und Abrollbereich vorhanden und das Gerät kann mit gleichem Anker für Gleich- und Wechselstrombetrieb benutzt werden. Eine Vernietung oder sonstige Befestigung der Einzelbleche untereinander kann vermieden werden, wenn an den an die Abbiegung angrenzenden, um 90° versetzt liegenden Seitenkanten des Bleches vom Schenkel wegweisende, die weiteren Bleche zwischen sich aufnehmende Zungen abgebogen sind. Mit Vorteil können die Zungen auch zur Halterung von Andrückfedern dienen, sofern solche erforderlich sind.
