Abstract
Respirators with a protective hood according to the invention are used as rescue devices, e.g. as escape devices. If necessary, they must be available in a functionally reliable manner and then be able to be put on by inexperienced people. The respiratory protection device has a breathing connection in the form of a half mask 1 in a protective hood 2. A breathing filter 3 is arranged in this in a sealed packaging bag 4. The bag ends 5, 7 have incised markings 11 with further dividing lines 12. The bag end 5 in front of the air inlet side 6 of the breathing filter 3 is connected to the folded-down upper part of the protective hood 2 via a holder 13, and the bag end 7 behind the air outlet side 8 is connected to the neck part 15 that has been turned in . When the protective hood 2 is unfolded for fitting, the bag ends 5, 7 tear off, so that the breathing filter 3 is definitely open for ventilation.
Description
The invention relates to a breathing apparatus with a protective hood, according to the preamble of
It is known again and again that people are caught in fires in e.g. Hotels get damaged. You will not find a respirator that can be put on by inexperienced people and then also fulfills its protective function for all head sizes, for glasses wearers and for all beards.
(DE-GM 80 15 449)A known escape filter device with a protective hood, tightly incorporated into it, has a breath connection in the form of a half mask. This half mask is used by a breathing filter designed as a CO filter. It is arranged with its supply air opening outside and the inhalation opening inside the breathing connection. The supply air and inhalation openings are closed by plugs. During this deployment, the device is housed in a container consisting of a rear wall and a lid. The plug for the supply air opening is attached to the inside of the rear wall and the plug for the inhalation opening is attached to the protective hood with a band. With the When the escape filter device is removed from the container, the breathing filter is removed from the stopper on the rear wall, thus opening the supply air opening and then when the protective hood is opened to be placed on the head, the stopper is also pulled out of the inhalation opening. For the wearer, the stopper hanging from the belt inside the protective hood may interfere. The plugs are extremely unfavorable for the overall installation depth of the breathing filter. The bulky container for this device results from its overall structure. (DE-GM 80 15 449)
The object of the invention is the least possible bulky respirator with protective hood, the filter of which is closed in the provision, but is open for ventilation when the protective hood is put on.
The problem is solved according to the characterizing part of
Respiratory protective devices with a protective hood essentially serve as rescue devices, such as escape devices. To do this, they must be easy to grasp and then be put on by inexperienced people. The breathing apparatus according to the invention fulfills this in an outstanding manner. Its structure makes it easy and visible to accommodate. It only has to be clearly hung in an outer bag. The breathing filter in the packaging in the half mask is so securely closed that it is then ready for use in the event of a disaster. Of course, when you open the protective hood, the breathing filter opens. It is not possible to put it on with the filter accidentally not opened.
The various brackets on the packaging bag and the protective hood ensure the correct installation of the breathing filter. It cannot be inserted the wrong way round. Replacing the breathing filter can e.g. after exercises with the breathing apparatus.
