Description
The invention relates to a fuel injection system of the type according to the preamble of claim 1.
A known fuel injection system of this type (DE-A No. 2833659) contains a distributor line with an inner part made of an elastomer with molded connection sockets, which is enclosed by the two molded parts. The flange level of the molded parts contains the central axes of the distribution line and the connection sockets, so that the molded parts essentially represent mirror-like half-shells. This structure of the distributor line leads to a complex and expensive fuel injection system, since not only does the inner part of the distributor line have to be manufactured separately, but also the design of the connecting pieces of the injection valves differs from the usual standard design with an O-ring seal. In addition, the distribution line is relatively heavy.
In another known fuel injection system (DE-U No. 7918697), a square tube which is closed at the ends and has connection sockets soldered into bores is used as the distributor line. The injection nozzles, which are sealed into the connecting sockets by means of radially acting O-rings, are axially fixed by spring clips. Here too, the manufacture of the distribution line is complex and expensive, since the connection sockets have to be manufactured separately and soldered into holes in the distribution line.
In Anschlussbuchsen eingreifende Anschlussstutzen enthält diese Ausbildung nicht.FR-A No. 1369539 discloses a distribution line for flow media which has flanges arranged perpendicular to its connections and in which one wall part is flat and the other is hat-shaped in cross-section. This training does not include engaging connecting sockets.
Finally, FR-A No. 906313 discloses a one-piece distribution line which has a flange on one side perpendicular to the connections and connection sockets projecting into its cavity.
The invention has for its object to provide a fuel injection system of the type according to the preamble of claim 1, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and has a low weight.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The construction of the distribution line from two molded parts simplifies production, since only these two parts have to be manufactured individually and connected to one another. The fact that the connection sockets are completely molded onto the one molded part ensures a reliable seal between the connection sockets and the inserted connection pieces of the injection nozzles, each carrying a radially acting 0-ring.
Developments of the invention are characterized in claims 2 to 6. Due to the features of claim 2, a separate closing of the distributor line at the ends is unnecessary. In addition, there is the advantageous possibility of deforming only one of the parts and forming the other as a flat part. The features of

A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines comprises a distributor line 1, to which two
The lower part 5 has a
The
The spring clip 2 securing the
The invention provides an easy-to-manufacture, light distributor line for a fuel injection system, in which the spring clips 2 enable the
