Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen und Spalten von Brennholz in ofengerechte Scheite bzw. Stücke, insbesondere dabei zum Zerkleinern unregelmäßig gewachsener Ast-oder Stumpfteile.The invention relates to a device for separating and splitting firewood into logs or pieces suitable for the furnace, in particular for crushing irregularly grown branches or stump parts.
Bekannte Spaltgeräte dieser Art eignen sich bislang lediglich zum Längs- oder Querspalten verhältnismäßig kleiner und regelmäßig gewachsener Lang- oder Rundhölzer, nicht aber zum Zerkleinern unregelmäßiger Asthülzer oder gar Baumstümpfe. Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Vorrichtung eignet sich im wesentlichen als sogenannte Baumstockschere, also zum Zerkleinern von Wurzelstöcken o.ä. unregelmäßig gewachsenen Holzteilen, bei denen eine Spaltung in Faserlängsrichtung so gut wie nicht möglich ist. Sie besteht dabei in ihrem Grundaufbau aus einem Gestell mit Säule 1 und Fußteil 2 sowie darin angeordnetem, vertikal gegen den Auflage- bzw. Erfindungsgemäß zeichnet sich diese Vorrichtung nun dadurch aus, daß das Gestell aus einem weitestgehend vertikal gerichteten Säulenteil 1 und einem bodenseitig daran anschließenden, etwa horizontal verlaufenden Fußteil 2 besteht, das Schwertmesser 3 einendig im Säulenteil 1 um eine horizontale Achse 4 vertikal schwenkbar gelagert, sowie der Auflagetisch 5 ebenfalls höhenbeweglich um eine zugeordnete Horizontalachse 6 am Fußteil 1 angelenkt ist, wobei beide Spaltelemente, Schwertmesser 3 und Auflagetisch 5, einendig über Zuglaschen 7 bzw. Lenker derart miteinander verbunden und an den hydraulischen Bewegungsmechanismus Zylinder 8, Kolben 9, angeschlossen sind, daß sie in der Öffnungsstellung einen spitzen Winkel a zueinander einschließen und in der Schließstellung das Schwertmesser 3 über seine ganze Schneidlänge L mit Linienberührung auf der Oberseite 5a des Spalttisches 5 aufliegen kann. Da zudem weiterhin vorgesehen ist, daß die Zuglaschen 7 bzw. Lenker an hebelarmartigen Verlängerungen 3b bzw. 5b von Auflagetisch 5 und Schwertmesseroberteil 3a angreifen und zudem an unterschiedlich weit von den jeweiligen Schwenkachsen 4 bzw. 6 von Schwertmesser 3 und Tisch 5 entfernt liegende Anschlußstellen 10 bzw. 11 anlenkbar sind, ist es zudem möglich, die Relativbewegungen von Messer 3, 3a und Spalt- bzw. Auflagetisch 5, 5a, 5b derart zueinander zu verändern, daß zum einen die Schneidlänge L des Messers 3 auch eine winkelstellung b - strichpunktierte Darstellung 3', 3a' in Fig. 1 - einnehmen und zum anderen sogar durch einen Längsschlitz 5c im Spalttisch 5 soweit nach unten durchgreifen kann, daß anstelle der Linienauflage auf letzterem ein Eindringen in diesen stattfindet bis auch die letzte Holzfaser getrennt ist; im übrigen bewirkt dabei die Öffnung des Schneidwinkels b zur Gestellsäule 1 hin, daß die zwischen Messer 3 und Tisch 5 liegenden Holzteile beim Schneidvorgang gut erfaßt bzw. eingeklemmt werden. Da erfindungsgemäß weiterhin wichtig ist, daß die Anschlußstellen 10 bzw. 11 als leicht lösbare Steckbolzenverbindungen ausgebildet sind und das Schwertmesser 3 in unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen 4', 4" an der Gestellsäule 1 anlenkbar ist und die Schwenkachse 6 des Auflagetisches 5 am freien Ende 2a des Gestellfußes 2 liegt, entsteht zudem noch ein sogenannter ziehender Schnitt, der relativ wenig Kraftaufwand erfordert.According to the invention, this device is now characterized in that the frame consists of a largely vertically directed

Das Wesentlichste in vorliegender Neuerung jedoch verkörperte Kriterium und die daraus resultierende technische Lehre bzw. der allgemeine Raumformgedanke, sind dabei in der Verstellmöglichkeit bzw. der Möglichkeit unterschiedlicher Anlenkung der Zuglaschen 7 zwischen den Anschlußstellen 10, 11, der Kolbenstange 9 an den Stellen 10 und des Schwertmessers 3 in den einzelnen Höhenlagen 4, 4', 4'' zu sehen, wodurch der als sogenannter " ziehender Schnitt " zu bezeichnende Bewegungsablauf zwischen den Teilen 3 und 5 auf die verschiedenartigsten Bedürfnisse in Ablauf, Beschleunigungswerten und Öffnungswinkel a hin variiert werden kann. Die am freien Ende des Spalt- bzw. Auflagetisches 5 über die Scharniere 14 lösbar angelenkte Rutsche 13, ermöglicht zudem ein leichtes Aufschieben von Wurzelstöcken a.dgl. über diese schiefe Ebene auf den Tisch 5. Durch Einhängen eines Seiles o.dgl. in einer Art Hakenöse 15 am Schwertmesser 3 können zudem Wurzelstöcke aus dem Erdreich gezogen werden. Die gesamte Einrichtung kann zudem freistehend auf dem Soden 12 mit eigenem Hydraulikaggregat oder an die Dreipunkt-Hydraulik 16 eines Schleppers angeschlossen, verwendet werden.
