Abstract
Element de construction comprenant un noyau (1) constitue d'un materiau possedant un faible poids specifique et servant facultativement d'isolation thermique, un renfort (3) sur au moins deux cotes du noyau (1), et une masse durcissable (2), appliquee facultativement apres l'installation a l'endroit sur les cotes du noyau pourvus d'un renfort. Ladite masse comprenant le renfort est connectee mecaniquement au noyau par des organes de fixation discrets s'etendant vers ou dans ledit noyau de telle sorte que les organes de fixation de differents cotes du noyau ne se touchent pas. Un procede de production dudit element de construction est aussi decrit.Construction element comprising a core (1) made of a material having a low specific weight and optionally serving as thermal insulation, a reinforcement (3) on at least two dimensions of the core (1), and a curable mass (2) , optionally applied after installation on the spot on the sides of the core provided with a reinforcement. Said mass comprising the reinforcement is mechanically connected to the core by discrete fasteners extending towards or in said core so that the fasteners on different sides of the core do not touch. A method of producing said building element is also described.
