Durch die Anordnung der Greiferwelle in einem verschwenkbaren Exzenter wird auf einfachste Art das Schwenken der Greifer ermöglicht. Durch die günstige Ausgestaltung des Schwenkgetriebes wird eine annähernde Verschwenkung der Greifer in Zylinderumfangsrichtung ermöglicht, wodurch auch der Hebel für die Greiferöffnung lediglich der Greiferöffnungskurve folgend bewegt wird. Hierdurch ist gewährleistet, daß der Greifer beim Schwenken geschlossen bleibt. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung ist auch gewährleistet, daß bei durch Kurven zu schließenden Greifern die oben beschriebenen Forderungen erfüllt sind.The advantage of this device is that when the gripper is swiveled it remains closed and does not perform any relative movement to the gripper support. Der Zylinder 1 weist in einem Kanal 2 zwei Spannwellen 3+4 auf, die Ausnehmungen 5 zur Aufnahme von armierten Gummituchenden 6 besitzen. Auf dem Boden 7 des Kanals ist ein Lager befestigt, an dem eine Lasche 9 beweglich angelenkt ist. In den den Kanal 2 seitlich begrenzenden, nicht gezeigten Seitenwänden, ist eine Exzenterbüchse 10 gelagert, an der die Lasche 9 ebenfalls beweglich angelenkt ist. In der Exzenterbüchse 10 ist die Greiferwelle 11 gelagert. Desweiteren ist die Greiferauflage 12 auf der Greiferwelle 11 gelagert und gelenkig an der Lasche 9 angelenkt. Druch diese Dreigelenkkette 8, 9, 12 ergibt sich für die Greiferauflage 12 eine stabile Lage. Während der gezeigten Arbeitsstellung befinden sich die Greiferauflage 12 und die Greifer 13 in einer solchen Position, in der ein geringer Abstand zur Druckanfangskante 14 besteht. Zwischen der Greiferauflage 12 und der Wand 15 des Zylinderkanals 2 befindet sich das Gummituch 16. Zum Befestigen des Gummituches 16 ist es erforderlich, den Greifer 13 mit der Greiferauflage 12 abzuschwenken. Hierzu wird die exzentrische Lagerbüchse 10um ca. 45° verschwenkt, wodurch die Greiferauflage 12 mit dem Greifer 11 zusammen abgeschwenkt wird. Zum Verschwenken weist die Lagerbüchse 10 einen Ansatz mit einer Bohrung 19 auf in die ein herausnehmbaren Hebel einsteckbar ist. Mit diesem Hebel ist die Lagerbüchse 10 mit den Greifern und Greiferauflagen wegschwenkbar. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Greiferwelle (11) in Exzenterbüchsen (10) gelagert ist, die wiederum in den Seitenwänden des Zylinderkanals (2) angeordnet sind, daß die Greiferauflagen (12) als Koppelglied einer Kurbelschwinge über die Exzenterbüchsen (10) als Kurbel und über eine drehbar angelenkte Lasche (9) als Schwinge im Zylinderkanal (2) befestigt sind und damit beim Verschwenken der Exzenterbüchsen (10) die Greiferwelle (11) mit Greifern (13) und Greiferauflagen (12) von der Zylinderkanalwand (15) wegschwenkbar sind, wobei die Dimensionierung von Kurbel, Schwinge und Koppel so abgestimmt ist, daß die Greifer (15) und die Greiferauflagen (12) innerhalb der Zylinderkontur ohne Relativbewegung zueinander und ohne Verminderung der zwischen Greifer und Greiferauflage bestehenden Haltekraft annähernd in Zylinderumfangsrichtung verschwenkbar sind.
