Abstract

The shelf (11) proposed by the invention for holding assortment boxes (17) has several drawers (14) consisting of a profile frame (26-29) leaving the front of the assortment box (17) free. Description

Assortment boxes are already known which are made of metal or plastic and have fixed or removable partitions. Assortment boxes contain, for example, nuts, screws, washers of certain sizes and dimensions. Small parts of this type or tools for a specific machine model are combined in an assortment box, for example. so that a fitter who is called for repair or maintenance of a model only has to take one assortment box out of his vehicle, while he takes several assortment boxes with him in his vehicle.

The invention has for its object to provide an inexpensive to manufacture, easily accommodated device in which several assortment boxes are space-saving and clearly arranged.

To achieve this object, the invention proposes a shelf with _n assortment boxes, which are held in guides that can be removed and optionally closed with a lid. The individual assortment boxes can therefore be clearly arranged on this shelf, the required assortment box can be pulled out if necessary.

In order to enable a stacking of several shelves, the invention further proposes that the shelf has formations on its upper side and complementary formations on its underside. For example, four partially spherical projections can be formed on the top in the area of the corners, which can be simply pressed in if the top of the shelf consists of sheet metal. Accordingly, the underside then has the same formations, which also protrude upwards and are hollow downwards. It is also possible to provide such shapes, cams or slots on the side walls so that shelves can also be lined up laterally.

In order to be able to fasten the shelf to a wall, according to a further feature of the invention it has a fastening device on its rear wall. To increase the stability, it can also be provided that the rear wall is at least partially reinforced. This can be achieved, for example, by attaching a stiffening plate or a profile.

It is particularly favorable if the assortment boxes are held in drawers. If, as the invention further suggests, the drawers from the front of the assortment boxes leave free profile frame, the shelf is completely closed despite the low weight, since the front of the drawers are formed by the side walls of the assortment boxes. It can be provided that the drawers have a stop preventing them from being pulled out completely. The dimensions are chosen so that when the drawers are fully pulled out, which is defined by the stop, the assortment box is completely outside the shelf, so that in this position the lid can be opened completely. In order to be able to access the contents of an assortment box, one does not necessarily have to take it out of the drawer.

In order to ensure that the assortment boxes are securely held in the drawers, it can be provided, as the invention further proposes, that the drawer has a rear and / or a front stop for the assortment box.

It is particularly favorable if the assortment boxes have a handle on their front. This handle not only serves to carry the assortment boxes, it also serves as a handle for pulling out the drawers. On the front of the assortment boxes, which are accessible from the outside due to the drawers consisting of a profile when the shelf is closed, a holder for labeling can be provided in addition to the handle.

The inside of the lid is preferably designed as a carrier for a description of the range. This can happen, for example, that the inside of the cover is smooth, so that a description of the range is easy be provided for inserting a tablet.

While in the previously known assortment boxes, a division into compartments was carried out with the aid of a metal insert which was subsequently inserted into the box, the invention proposes that the assortment box have a removable plastic insert with a compartment division. This insert is preferably deep-drawn in one piece from plastic. While there was a risk in the known compartments that washers slide under the transverse walls into the wrong compartment, this danger is prevented by the inventive design of the insert.

In order to ensure noise insulation and protection of the inside of the cover, the invention provides that between the cover and the use of an insert made of insulating material, in particular foam, is placed.

While it was often difficult to get individual parts out of almost empty compartments due to the pronounced edges in the known metal partitions, this difficulty no longer exists with the inserts proposed by the invention, since these are further developed transitions between the specialist partitions and the bottom of the compartment Own commitment. This is made easier by the fact that the corners of the compartments are also rounded.

The shelf 11 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a sheet metal housing, the edges of which are reinforced by profiles. On its upper side 12, the shelf 11 is provided with 4 partially spherical projections 13, which interact with corresponding complementary recesses on the underside of a corresponding shelf for stacking. The shelf 11 has 4 drawers that can be pulled out to the front. The drawers 14 consist of a profile frame, the structure of which is shown in more detail in FIGS. 3 and 4. The front 15 of the drawers 14 is relatively narrow compared to the distance between two drawers, so that the front of the assortment boxes remains freely accessible when the assortment boxes are inserted. The drawers can be closed with the help of an indicated lock 16. In Fig. 2 an assortment box 17 is shown, which is provided with a lid 18. The lid is hinged to the rear upper edge 19 of the assortment box 17. On its front side 20, the assortment box 17 has a handle 21, a tab 22 for closing the lid 18 and a holder 23 into which a label for the contents of the assortment box 17 can be inserted. On the inside 24 of the lid 18, a board can be attached, which indicates the content and the arrangement of the individual parts in the assortment box. The inside of the assortment box 17 has an insert 25 with a compartment division. This use is shown in the later figures.

3 and 4, an embodiment of a drawer 14 is shown. The drawer is formed by two profiles 26 extending in the pull-out direction, two profiles 27 and 28 running at the front transversely to the pull-out direction and by a cross profile 29 arranged in the rear region of the profiles 26. The profiles 26 are approximately chair-shaped, a geometrically similar profile 31 being attached to the side wall 30 of the shelf 11, so that the profiles 26 are slidably guided on the profiles 31. One of the profiles 31 is shown in FIG. 3, on the right side of the shelf 11 there is a mirror-image corresponding profile 31.

In the rear area of the longitudinal profiles 26, a stop 32 is fastened, which interacts with the side wall 30 and prevents the drawer 14 from being pulled out completely from the shelf 11. This stop 32 can simultaneously serve together with a device which can be actuated by the lock 16 for closing the drawers.

The front transverse profile 27 forms the front 15 of the drawer 14, the front transverse profile 28 forms, together with the horizontally running upper sides 33 of the longitudinal profiles 26, the display surface for the assortment box 17 shown in dashed lines in FIG. 4.

The rear cross profile 29 is arranged such that the internal distance between the cross profiles 28 and 29 corresponds approximately to the width of an assortment box 17, so that the cross profiles 28 and 29 form stops for the assortment box 17. The assortment box is thus securely held in the drawer 14.

The dimensions of the longitudinal profiles 26 and the arrangement of the stop 32 is selected such that when the stop 32 is in contact with the front side edge of the shelf 11, the assortment box 17 assumes such a position that its cover 18 can still be opened completely.

5 shows the plastic insert 25 of the assortment box. The transition between the sides or partitions 34 and the bottom 35 of the insert 25 is rounded, so that small parts can be easily removed. Two partition walls 34 are provided between each two compartments 36, which also makes it possible to round off the upper edges between two compartments 36. The transitions between the bottom 35 of the insert 25 and the dividing or side walls 37 running perpendicular to the dividing walls 34 are rounded.

From Fig. 5 it can also be seen that a hinge 39 is attached to the rear 38 of the assortment box 17, which is also connected to the lid 18. Also shown in FIG. 5 is the handle 21, which is attached to the front by means of a simple tab 40.

Fig. 6 shows a holder 23 for an insert label on the front of an assortment box. Here, an incision 42 is first made in the front, which first runs horizontally, then vertically in area 42 a, then again horizontally in area 42 b and again vertically in area 42 c. The part of the front located within this incision 42 is then pushed out from the back, so that the back 43 of this part lies slightly in front of the remaining surface of the front of the assortment box.
