Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einbau-Kochfeld für Herde, Einbauküchen od. dgl., bestehend aus einer ganzflächigen Kochplatte mit mehreren unterhalb der Kochplatte angeordneten Heizeinrichtungen für die einzelnen Kochstellen.The invention relates to a built-in hob for cookers, fitted kitchens or the like, consisting of a full-surface hotplate with a plurality of heating devices arranged below the hotplate for the individual hotplates.
Bei den bekannten Kochplatten dieser Art, die beispielsweise aus einer ganzflächigen Glaskeramikplatte bestehen, sind für die einzelnen Kochstellen gegen deren Unterseite entsprechende Heizelemente gepreßt (DE-A-25 18 949). Es wird bei solchen Kochplatten an genau definierten Stellen (Kochstellen) elektrische Wärme in schaltbaren Leistungsstufen zugeführt. Dies geschieht z.B. mit vom Benutzer manuell zu betätigenden Kochstellenreglern, die in üblicher Weise als Drehschalter od. dgl. ausgebildet sind. Körperbehinderten und älteren Menschen, deren Bewegungsvermögen und Steuerungsmotorik (Spastiker) krankhaft eingeschränkt ist, bereitet nun das Bedienen solcher Kochstellenregler oftmals erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Auch sind solche Personen nicht immer in der Lage, bei plötzlich überkochenden Gargut oder Überhitzen von Bratfett den betreffenden Topf oder Pfanne rasch von der Kochstelle abzuheben und auf eine unbeheizte oder weniger beheizte Zone des Kochfeldes abzustellen. Aus der DE-C-23 55 412 ist eine elektrisch beheizte Herdmulde bekannt, die in je eine Ankoch- bzw. Bratzone, eine Fortkochzone und eine Warmhaltezone unterteilt ist, so daß durch einfaches Verschieben des Topfes dieser in eine weniger beheizte Zone zum Fortkochen oder lediglich Warmhalten gebracht werden kann. Aber auch bei dieser Kochmulde ist ein manuelles Einschalten der einzelnen Kochzonen erforderlich. Dagegen ist aus der DE-A-23 09 741 eine Kochplatte bekannt, bei der durch Aufsetzen eines Kochgerschirres die Stromzufuhr zu deren Beheizung geschlossen und bei Wegnahme des Kochgeschirres selbsttätig wieder unterbrochen wird. Eine solche Kochplatte erfordert aber bei einem plötzlichen Überkochen des Gargutes wiederum ein rasches An- und Wegheben des oftmals schweren und heißen Kochgeschirres. Zu solchen Handlungen.sind aber, wie bereits vorstehend ausführlich dargelegt, kranke bzw. behinderte Personen nicht schnell genug oder sogar überhaupt nicht in der Lage.In the known hotplates of this type, which consist, for example, of a full-surface glass ceramic plate, corresponding heating elements are pressed against the underside of the individual hotplates (DE-A-25 18 949). Das ganzflächige Kochfeld 1 zum Einbau in Herden, sogen. Dabei sind die nebeneinander angeordneten Kochstellen, z.B. 2 bis 4 hier vorzugsweise immer mit der gleichen Heizleistung ausgerüstet, während die hintereinander liegenden Kochstellen, z.B. 2,5,8, mit voneinander abweichenden Heizleistungen ausgelegt sind. Dabei werden die nebeneinander liegenden vorderen Kochstellen 2 bis 4, die der Benutzungsperson am nächsten sind, mit der höchsten Heizleistung, die Kochstellen 5 bis 7 mit einer mittleren und. die hinteren Kochstellen 8 bis 10 mit der niedrigsten Heizleistung betrieben. Damit ergibt sich von vorne nach hinten zu zunächst eine Ankochzone I, in der Mitte eine Fortkochzone II und dahinter eine Warmhaltezone III. Jeder der Kochstellen 2 bis 10 ist zweckmäßig ein in dessen Zentrum befindlicher Magnetschalter 11 zugeordnet, durch den die Beheizung der jeweiligen Kochstelle durch Abstellen bzw.
