Abstract

A round sling formed from a core (2) in the form of one or more thread windings and from a seamlessly woven protective tube (3) surrounding the core (2) in its entirety with considerable slack is provided with one or two diagonally opposed, woven flat webs (4 ), which causes the protective tube to assume a flat oval cross-sectional shape even before the load is applied and / or serves as a carrier for a prebinding seam (7, 14) for two adjacent round loop strands. The seams (7, 14) can also be used to attach an abrasion protection pad (13). Likewise, the seams (7, 14) can be used to connect several round slings (1) or strops (12) to form a round sling mat.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rundschlinge bzw. endlose Schlinge der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 näher gekennzeichneten, aus DE-B 21 29 837 vorbekannten Art.The invention relates to a round sling or endless sling of the type characterized in more detail in the preamble of claim 1 and known from DE-B 21 29 837.

It is essential for round slings of this type that the core only fills the cross-section of the protective tube to approximately 50-70% and is thus freely longitudinally movable in relation to the protective tube and that the individual windings of the core are also not fixed in relation to the protective tube and to one another. Only in this way is it possible for the different windings to move in relation to one another under load and to have the same length as a result of the load, so that an overload of a single thread winding is avoided.

A feature of such a round sling also consists in the fact that in the unloaded state the protective tube is somewhat longer than the core, so that the protective tube lies in slight folds along the core.

The manufacturing process of such a round sling is also described in more detail in DE-B 21 29 837. For this purpose, the prefabricated protective tube is pushed onto a tube that is open on one side in the longitudinal direction over a circumferential area of approximately 180 °, that is to say pushed onto a channel and thereby pushed or compressed in the longitudinal direction to less than half its length, so that the tube under heavy drapes Tube surrounds. Then a thread made of textile yarn, plastic or the like. pulled in the longitudinal direction through the tube interior or through the interior of the protective tube. The end of the thread that is pulled through is then drawn back to the insertion end on the outside of the protective tube and again pulled through the protective tube or the groove in the longitudinal direction. This process is repeated many times in such a way that a thread winding consisting of many layers of thread circles, but formed from only one thread, is produced. As a result of the large number of layers of thread passing through the protective tube side by side, it is not necessary to knot or connect the ends of the thread. Rather, the ends can be loose without the tensile strength of the thread winding being impaired thereby. After the thread winding has been produced in this way, the protective tube is pushed from the groove in the longitudinal direction onto the thread winding or threads. The thread wrap is then removed from the trough so that it is also free. The compressed protective tube is then pushed over the entire circumference of the thread winding. Its ends are inserted into each other and preferably sewn together. The protective tube has an initial length such that, in the final state, it is still somewhat longer than the thread wrap or the threads around it. As a result, it surrounds the thread winding (s) with a light drape. An essential feature of such known round slings is that they take on a very flat oval cross-sectional shape in the system areas on the crane hook or on the load, in which the individual threads of the thread or the thread winding lie largely side by side and not on top of each other. It is precisely this fact that ensures an even load distribution on the individual windings of the thread winding.

The invention has for its object to form a round sling of the type mentioned in such a way that the very flat cross-sectional shape that occurs when the load is applied, particularly in the system areas, is largely determined by the construction of the round sling or that the taking of such a flat cross-sectional shape is already done before a load attack, but in particular under load, if possible, is already stimulated by design. This object is achieved by the characterizing part of claim 1 and is given an additional support effect by the characterizing part of claim 2. In the solution according to claim 2, the flat webs could theoretically also be formed into a tube by sewing two strips lying one on top of the other in their edge regions. However, the flat webs can advantageously be easily incorporated when the protective tube is being woven. It must be taken into account here that a tube is a two-layer weave, the two layers of which are not connected to one another. In a similar way, known two-ply webbing straps are manufactured which differ from woven hoses only in that their two ply layers are characterized by one binding chain incorporated during weaving are connected to each other. Such two-ply webbing straps can also be used according to the invention. According to the invention, said flat web or flats are formed by incorporating or running in a binding chain in the desired flat web regions when weaving the protective tube. The chain-free areas of the two-layer fabric then form the actual hose.

The flat webs also have the effect of a wear protection strip on both sides.

The further invention relates to a sling formed from such a round sling. Stropp is used to denote those round slings in which two opposite round sling parts are combined or connected to one another in an intermediate area between two hanging eyes. The further invention now consists in that the mutual connection of the two round sling parts takes place by sewing their opposing flat webs to one another. This ensures that the sewing needle used to produce the connecting seam does not pierce the thread winding and can damage its individual threads. This also ensures that the free movement of the individual threads relative to the protective tube and relative to one another, which is so important for the functionality of the round sling or the sling, is not impaired by the seam.

Fadenwickelfunktion nach dem Kennzeichen des Anspruches 5.The inventive design of the strop enables the application of an abrasion protection pad - also Ar called beitsfläche - also without damage to the supporting thread winding or without impairing the round loop or thread winding function according to the characterizing part of claim 5.

Furthermore, it is possible by the invention, in accordance with the characterizing part of claim 6, to fasten protective tubes for the hanging eyes of the sling in a simple manner so that they cannot move.

According to the characterizing part of claim 7, it is possible in a simple manner to produce a round sling mat similar to those such as these by means of a plurality of round slings or strokes placed next to one another and connected according to the invention. B. is used for laying pipes.

The thread winding of the core 2 consists of monofilament plastic threads drawn endlessly into the tube 3.

The flat web 4 is formed during the tube weaving process simply by incorporating a binding chain over its width 5 into the two-layer fabric, as is familiar to every weaving specialist.

The round sling 1 shown in FIG. 2 has a woven flat web 4 or 6 on two diagonally opposite sides of the hose cross section.

Der Stropp 12 ist dadurch gebildet, daß im Zwischenbereich 8 zwischen den Einhängeaugen 9 zwei Rundschlingenteile 10,11 aneinanderliegend zusammengefaßt sind.3, the adjacent flat webs 4 of two adjacent parts of the protective tube 3 are sewn together by the seam 7. The stopper 12 is formed in that in the intermediate area 8 between the hanging eyes 9th two round sling parts 10, 11 are grouped together.

In the intermediate area 8, an abrasion protection pad 13 in the form of e.g. B. a textile tape by sewing (seams 7.14) with at least one of the flat webs 4.6 can be sewn or fastened.

On the protective tube 3 of a round sling 1 or a strop 12, two in particular seamless enveloping tube sections, which enclose the tube sections forming the hanging eyes 9, in FIG Flat webs 4 of the protective tube 3 are sewn.

6 eingebracht sind.5 shows a round sling mat 18 produced using three round slings or strokes 3 and 12, with the hanging eyes 9 suspended in lifting gear 17. The round slings 3 are placed next to one another in the manner of strops 12. They are connected to one another by seams 7 and 14, which in turn are introduced into the flat webs 4 and 6, respectively.

In the case of the hanging eyes 9 of the sling 12 protected with the enveloping tube sections 15, the enveloping tube sections 15 are pushed onto the protective tube 3 before the thread wrap is drawn in. The thread winding is - as already explained at the beginning - described in more detail in DE-OS 27 16 056.
