1. A telescopic position-regulating screw for a ventilator window, a ventilator hatch, a sun roof or the like mounted in a suitable aperture, the regulating screw comprising : an internally threaded (20) stationary sleeve (18) held by a support (16) fastened to the edge portion of said aperture ; a sleeve (24) turnably mounted in the stationary sleeve, being externally threaded (26) to match the latters's internal thread and being internally threaded (28) in a direction opposite to ist external thread ; and a threaded spigot (36) securable fast against rotation to the ventilator window (48) or the like and engaging the internal thread (28) of the turnable sleeve (24), characterized by a rotary button (50) mounted rotably yet fast against axial displacement on and relative to the stationary sleeve (18) and also mounted fast against rotation yet axially displacingly on the turnable sleeve (24).

Der Gewindezapfen ist durch eine Gewindebuchse hindurchgeführt, welche mittels eines Außengewindes in eine entsprechende drehfeste und axial verschiebefeste Gewindebohrung eingreift. In vollständig zurückgeschraubtem Zustand liegt die Gewindebuchse mit einem Anschlag an der Gewindebohrung an und der Gewindezapfen liegt mit einem Anschlag an der Gewindebuchse an. Die Bewegung der drehbaren Buchse und des Gewindezapfens addieren sich dadurch, so daß der Gewindezapfen im Verhältnis zur feststehenden Buchse den doppelten Weg gegenüber der drehbaren Buchse zurücklegt. Aufgrund der aus dieser Anordnung resultierenden doppelten Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Gewindezapfens gegenüber der drehbaren Buchse bleibt die erfindungsgemäße teleskopierbare Stellschraube selbsthemmend, da sowohl für den Gewindezapfen als auch für die drehbare Buchse eingängige Gewinde verwendbar sind. Dasselbe gilt auch für den zylindrischen Fortsatz 56 im dargesteltten Ausführungsbeispiel, dessen axiale Länge so groß ist, daß in den Extremstellungen eine einwandfreie Drehübertragung gewährleistet ist. Da die gewählten Trapezgewinde robust mit großem Querschnitt ausgebildet werden können, genügt es, an der drehbaren Buchse 24 und am Gewindezapfen 36 als Außengewinde 26 bzw. 38 ein bis maximal zwei Gänge vorzusehen.
