Abstract

Four électrique de cuisson à usage ménager, compor­ tant une enceinte de cuisson à l'intérieur de laquelle est établie une convection forcée d'air chaud puisé par une turbine placée dans un compartiment accolé à l'enceinte de cuisson. Le circuit électrique de commande de l'opération de nettoyage par pyrolyse est équipé d'un doseur d'énergie constitué par un infinite 1, relié à un thermostat 2 de com­ mande ainsi qu'à la résistance RG de gril, et la turbine 4 est connectée à un clapet de sécurité 5 ainsi qu'à un thermostat 14 réglé à une température prédéterminée à laquelle il se ferme, en mettant sous tension la turbine 4 qui est alors mise en route en fermant le clapet. Cet agencement assure la ventilation et le refroidissement de la turbine pendant la pyrolyse sans qu'il soit nécessaire de prévoir un volet obtu­ rateur isolant la turbine de l'intérieur du four.
