Abstract

1. Pouch for documentary, touristic, advertising use or all others uses made by a box an open face of which is able to be obturated by a lid that can be folded back, the box receiving a rest mean for acoustic or visual recording or any device and/or cards or any flat disposed documents characterized in that the inside of the pouch is divisible in two housing by one angular piece (5) a first wing of which is perpendicular to the bottom of the pouch and enlarging from one side to the other of the pouch, being fastened in a removable way in two various places of the inside of the pouch, one of the two places being located at the base of the pouch while the other wing (11) of the angular piece making with the first wing (10) an angle lower to than 90 degrees is bent to inside of the pouch and thus acting as a spring press against the documents (6A) piled up in one of the two housing of the pouch.

Description

The subject of the present invention is a pouch of the information collection type for documentary, tourist, advertising or other use consisting of a casing, one open face of which can be closed by a hinged cover, receiving a sound or visual recording medium or any other device and / or cards or other documents in respective housings.

Known pockets are known as described in patent US-A-3,829,132 which show a composite support cover for cassettes and books which is constituted by a common support in the form of a rigid book cover having two pockets integral with said cover, the l one receives a cassette and the other a bundle of paper or a book. According to this patent, the cassette housing and the book housing are provided on the support in such a way that in the closed position of the support cover, the book housing (or bundle) closes the opening of the cassette housing and prevents that -to go out. However, the book or bundle compartment remains open upwards and the book can escape. In addition, these housings have constant dimensions which cannot be changed.

Patent DE-B-2,727,692 describes a file box which can be divided also into two housings by movable walls which can be inserted into grooves in the bottom of the file.

However, it should be noted that the walls only ensure that the documents are blocked by gravity and that they are not suitable for preventing the documents from falling if the file was placed in an inverted vertical position.

Finally, this file does not have a cover. Therefore this file does not block documents.

The present invention aims to produce a pocket of the collection type for documentary, tourist, advertising or other use which can receive a sound or visual or other recording medium and / or cards, which is of simple construction and in which the objects, in particular the plugs housed there are perfectly locked in position and protected.

The present invention also aims to produce a pocket of the aforementioned kind in which it is possible to accommodate cards of different dimensions.

The present invention further aims to achieve a pocket of the aforementioned kind in which the removal, sorting and consultation of documents are facilitated.

To this end, the pocket of the collection type for documentary, tourist, advertising or other use according to the invention consists of a box, one open face of which can be closed by a hinged cover, said box receiving a sound or visual recording medium. or any other device and / or sheets or other documents flat, said pocket being characterized in that its interior is divisible into two housings by an angular piece including a first wing disposed perpendicular to the bottom of the pocket and extending from one to the other of the sides of the latter can be removably fixed in two different places of the pocket inside of it, one of the places being provided at the base of the pocket, while the other wing of the angular piece forming an angle less than 90 ° with the first wing is inclined towards the inside of the pocket and thus making a spring bears against the documents stacked on each other in one of the two pockets of the pocket or in the whole pocket which ensures a locking in position of the documents whatever the position of the pocket, the contents of the latter being also protected by the cover.

According to another characteristic of the invention, there is provided in the bottom of the housing at least one light which allows removal of the documents stacked against the effect of the spring force of the angular piece.

According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the housing is provided with a movable cursor parallel to the edge of the documents, said cursor being provided with a transverse finger for selecting the documents.

According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the documents are constituted by cards of decreasing dimensions classified in increasing order of their size from the front of the housing towards the rear so that a portion of the surface of the cards is visible and that the total surface obtained by joining and juxtaposition of the apparent surface portion of each of the cards receives a continuous mark so that the absence of one of the cards or a defective classification may be discovered by default of the continuity of the marking .

The invention will be better understood on reading the following description of embodiments given by way of nonlimiting examples and illustrated by the accompanying drawings in which:

• Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a pocket according to the invention.

• 4 shows a pocket of the type of that of Figure 1 with documents and sound recording medium.

In the embodiment of the invention shown in the figures, the device according to the invention comprises a housing 1, preferably a rectangle which can be closed off by a folding cover 2.

The case is open frontally and comprises four edges 3 and a bottom 4 which is preferably made of a transparent material.

To simplify manufacturing, the entire housing is produced by molding in a transparent material.

On one of the long sides of the housing is articulated by any known means, the cover 2 also made of a transparent material. The housing is divisible transversely and perpendicular to its long sides by a removable angular piece 5 which spares a partition and separates a housing for cards 6 or other documents and a housing for a sound recording medium 7, visual or other devices.

In the wall of each of the long sides 3 of the housing are formed grooves perpendicular to the bottom 4. Two parallel grooves 8 are formed at the base of the housing and two grooves 9 are formed at the level of the first quarter or the first third of the height of the housing. With these grooves, the angular piece cooperates, a first wing or heel 10 penetrates into said grooves either by coming on the small lower side 3 of the housing, or by coming parallel above it to provide the housing for the cassette and cards; the first wing is arranged perpendicular to the bottom of the housing and extends from one to the other of its sides. A second secant wing at the heel 10 and inclined thereon and forming with it an angle of less than 90 ° penetrates inside the case. This wing 11 inclined inside the housing of the plugs and of a height less than this, for example of the order of one third to a half of the height of said housing blocks the plugs in position in the manner of a spring . The negative angle of the wing 11 relative to the heel 10 is such that the upper edge of the latter bears against the bottom 4 of the housing. This wall is made of a flexible material so that the user can move it aside to grasp the card that interests him. A light 12 (fig. 2) is provided in the bottom 4 of the housing to allow the user to release the cards by pressing the finger on the back of them.

The light 12 can be constituted by a circular orifice formed at the level of the housing of the plugs as shown in FIG. 2. The light 12 may also be constituted by an oblong orifice formed at the edge of the housing over the entire height of the plug housing (fig. 3) or according to a variant not shown over the entire height of the housing so that it also serves to remove the casette from its housing. A light 13 can also be provided at the level of the cassette housing in the bottom 4 allowing the user to remove the cassette.

The angular piece 5 can advantageously be arranged in the grooves 8 or in the grooves 9 depending on whether one wishes to make use of the entire housing as a card holder or as a card holder and with a sound recording medium or other device.

According to fig. 1 and 4, on one of the flanges constituting one of the long sides of the housing, preferably on the flange opposite to the cover, a slot 14 is formed all along the housing of the plugs. The slot 14 is provided with an inclination or slope corresponding to the inclination or slope of the portions of visible surfaces of the plugs 6 which are placed in the housing (fig. 5). In the slot 14 is mounted a movable cursor 15 parallel to the edge of the plugs provided with an operating stud visible outside the housing and with a finger 16 perpendicular to the slot and inside said housing which makes it possible to select the plugs for example by inserting it between two cards to facilitate the release of the one chosen. This embodiment of the invention makes it possible to obtain increased protection of the plugs and of the cassette.

According to a characteristic of the invention, the sheets 6 are of different dimensions and areas in relation to each other, and the sheets are placed in increasing order from the front of the receptacle where the smallest is placed up to the 'rear of the receptacle where the largest is placed, so that a portion of the surface of each sheet is visible, said surface portion bearing the heading or sub-heading of the sheet or a distinctive sign. In order to obtain regularity in the decreasing positioning of the cards from the rear to the front, the difference in dimensions may be equal from one card to the other.

In the embodiment of the invention shown in the accompanying drawings, the difference in dimensions of the plugs relates to their height which increases from the first at the front of the receptacle to the last, at the rear of the receptacle. It goes without saying that one or more sheets of the same dimensions, in this case of the same height can be grouped at the same level in the classification.

According to a particular feature of the invention, the surface 6A obtained by mounting the sheets in increasing order and juxtaposing their portions of visible surfaces receives by printing or any other process a continuous mark so that the absence of a sheet will be easy to be detected or that its implementation will be facilitated. The continuous mark can be an axial line of the first card continuing on the visible portion of each successive card. Advantageously, the surface 6A thus defined will receive by printing or any other process any illustration. Each portion of the apparent surface of each of the cards will receive a part of the illustration complementary to the part of the illustration carried by the apparent surface of the card which precedes it and that which follows it, in the manner of a puzzle in so that the classification of the files is facilitated. Each of the cards or group of cards of the same size will be devoted to a specific section which facilitates consultation of the information collection. In the context of the use of such a device for a tourist purpose, the headings may for example relate to: reception, climatic concepts, the history of the city concerned, folklore, remarkable sites. One or more files can advantageously and without interfering with the consultation of the collection be devoted to insertions advertising for example under the heading "good addresses". It is also conceivable that a file or a group is devoted to the entertainment of the user, this file being able for example to present a grid of crosswords or the like.

In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings (Fig. 1 and 4) opposite the cover 2 is hinged on the flange, opposite a second cover 17 which is placed under the previous when folded down in closing. For this purpose, the edge of the housing is provided with a cutout 18. The cover 17 has a height less than that of the cover 2 and in the folded position it closes the housing of the cassette as well as the base, on a value of one about a third of its height, housing the plugs which allows by opening the cover 2 to consult them without they can slide from the receptacle and protect the casette. The cover 17 can be blocked forcibly or by any other means in the closed position.

It is also conceivable that the cover 17 is hinged on the same side as the cover 2 and under it which reduces the bulk when the case is opened. Preferably the cover 17 is also made of a transparent material.

The collection according to the invention as shown in the figures has the advantage of blocking the plugs by preventing them from sliding out of the housing or receptacle, the latter being closed on these four sides and making it possible to protect the cassette. On the internal or external walls of the bottom case and of the cover can be affixed by any known methods illustrations or mentions or others making it possible to personalize the collection. Preferably, these personalization elements will be produced by printing on support surfaces, paper, cardboard, or the like which will be glued. This arrangement of the invention makes it possible, from a standard type of housing, to obtain different types of collections.

The pouch according to the invention can be used for all documentary, tourist, advertising or other purposes.

Claims (5)

1. Pouch for documentary, touristic, advertising use or all others uses made by a box an open face of which is able to be obturated by a lid that can be folded back, the box receiving a rest mean for acoustic or visual recording or any device and/or cards or anyflat disposed documents characterized in that the inside of the pouch is divisible in two housing by one angular piece (5) a first wing of which is perpendicular to the bottom of the pouch and enlarging from one side to the other of the pouch, being fastened in a removable way in two various places of the inside of the pouch, one of the two places being located at the base of the pouch while the other wing (11) of the angular piece making with the first wing (10) an angle lower to than 90° is bent to inside of the pouch and thus acting as a spring press against the documents (6A) piled up in one of the two housing of the pouch.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized by grooves (8-9) made in the walls (3) of the box and/or on the bottom (4) in which is inserted the transversal wing (10) of the angular piece (5).

3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that in the bottom (4) of the box (1) is made at least one aperture (12) allowing a removing of the documents piled up against the effect of spring like force of the angular piece (5).

4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the box (1) is equiped with a movable cursor (15) in a parallel direction with the edge of the document the cursor having a transversal pin (16) to select the documents.

5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the document are formed by cards of decreasing size filed in inceasing order of their size from the front of the box to the back of the box so that a part of the surface of each of the card is visible and that the whole surface obtained by joining and juxtaposition of the visible part of each of the cards receive a continuous mark in order that the missing of one lack of the continuity of the mark.
