Claims (5)

1. Zentrier- und Bohrvorrichtung mit einer rückziehbaren Bohrbüchse (8), welche unterhalb des Bohrers einer Bohrmaschine angeordnet werden kann, ein Bohrer für welchen die Bohrbüchse (8) als Führung dienen kann, dieser Bohrer welcher durch die Bohrbüchse gesenkt wird um eine Zentrierung in einem zu bohrenden Werkstück auszuführen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Positionnieren und das Rückziehen der Bohrbüchse (8) automatisch mit Hilfe eines Druckluftzylinders (4, 5) geschieht, an welchem die Bohrbüchse befestigt ist, und weicher durch eine Steuerung (15, 16) gesteuert wird, welche durch den Vorschubhebel der Bohrmaschine betätigt werden kann.
2. Zentrier- und Bohrvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie sich aus einem Befestigungsring (14) an der Spindel der Bohrmaschine, einem Stössel (15) zur Steurung eines Schalters (16) welcher ein Elektroventil für Druckluft steuert, welches durch den Anschluss (11) mit einem Druckluftzylinder (4) verbunden ist, einer Kolbenstange (5) des Kolbens des Druckluft- . zylinders (4) an welcher die Bohrbüchse (8) befestigt ist und den aufeinanderfolgenden Bewegungen der Spindel welche während der Benutzung eine Verschiebung der Bohrbüchse (8) zwischen der vorderen und hinteren Stellung bewirkt, zusammensetzt.
3. Zentrier- und Bohrvorrichtung gemäss Patentansprüchen 1 und 2, umfassend eine-Klemme (9) zur Einstellung der Zentrierung der Bohrbüchse, einen Halter (7) welcher auf der Klemme (9) durch zwei Schrauben (17) befestigt ist, welche die ganze Länge der Klemme (9) durchqueren und dadurch von oberhalb der Klemme zum Lösen und Festziehen zugänglich sind, und einen Führungstössel (6) parallel zur Klemme welcher in einer Büchse (10) gleitet.
4. Zentrier- und Bohrvorrichtung gemäss einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend eine Klemmschelle (1) zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung an die Säule einer Bohrmaschine, diese Klemmschnelle (1) ist zweiteilig, auf einem der beiden Teile ist eine Schlittenplatte (2) befestigt in welcher auf der ganzen Länge eine T- Nute eingefräst ist, der andere Teil ist mit einer Aussparung zur Aufnahme der Zahnstange der Bohrmaschine versehen, die beiden Teile der Klemmschelle sind mit vier Schrauben (13) zusammengeschraubt.
5. Zentrier- und Bohrvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, umfassend einen in der Höhe gemäss der Länge des Bohrer einstellbaren Schlitten (3), der an der Schlittenplatte (2) mit zwei Schrauben (12), welche in der T - Nute gehalten werden, befestigtist, und auf welchem ein Druckluftzylinder (4) befestigt ist, dessen Kolbenstange (5) an beiden Enden des Druckluftzylinders in Kugelführungen geführt ist.
