Claims (8)

1. Einrichtung zum Messen des Zuges von Rauchwaren zylindrischer Form, wie Zigaretten, Filter und Filterzigaretten, mit einem vertikal angeordneten Rohrkörper (1), dessen innerer Durchmesser größer ist als der Durchmesser der genannten Artikel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen zum einzelnen Zuführen der Artikel von oben her zum Körper und zum Führen der Artikel in Achsrichtung des Körpers aufweist, eine Verschließeinrichtung (7) für des Körper, um einen Artikel in einer bestimmten Stellung anzuhatten, eine Einrichtung (5) zum Festhalten des Artikels in der genannten beim Verschließen erreichten Stellung, die beim Lösen der Verschließeinrichtung betätigt wird, eine unterhalb der Verschließeinrichtung vorgesehene Abdichteinrichtung (9) für den Körper und eine im Körper zwischen der Verschließeinrichtung und der Abdichteinrichtung vorgesehene Öffnung (11), die mit einer Unterdruckluftquelle verbunden ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festhalteeinrichtung (5) und die Verschließeinrichtung (7) aus mit einer Druckluftquelle und mit einer Unterdruckluftquelle verbundenen ringförmigen elastischen Membranen bestehen.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Zuführen der Artikel ein Zuführungsrohr (107) aufweisen, das einen Artikel aufnehmen kann, welches Rohr zwischen einer horizontalen Stellung, in der es einen aus einem horizontalen Führungselement zugeführten Artikel aufnehmen kann, und einer vertikalen Stellung, in der es mit dem Rohrkörper (1) fluchtet, drehbar ist, und eine kreisbogenförmige Rampe (110), um die Artikel daran zu hindern, während der Drehung des Zuführungsrohres aus diesem zu fallen.

Kombinierter Apparat zum Messen der physikalischen Charakteristika von Rauchwaren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Einrichtung zum Messen des Zuges (104) nach Anspruch 3 enthält und eine darüber angeordnete MeBeinrichtung (103) mit dem genannten Führungselement, in der die Artikel in einer horizontalen Bahn zirkulieren.
. 5. Apparat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Überführeinrichtung enthält, um die durch ihre Schwere aus der Zugmeßeinrichtung freigegebenen Artikel nacheinander aufzunehmen und sie in eine horizontale Stellung überzuführen.

Apparat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführeinrichtung einen im Querschnitt rechteckigen, an seinem unteren Ende geschlossenen und zur Aufnahme eines Artikels geeigneten Teil'(111), welche zwischen einer vertikalen Position, in der er die von der ZugmeBeinrichtung freigegebenen Artikel aufnehmen kann, und einer horizontalen Position drehbar ist, und der aus zwei Elementen (114, 115) mit je zwei aufeinander senkrechten Wänden gebildet ist, wobei das eine Element mit dem anderen an einer Kante gelenkig verbunden ist, und einen festen Anschlag (119) aufweisen, damit das bewegliche Element in der horizontalen Stellung gedreht werden kann, welche Drehung die seitliche Freigabe des Artikels ermöglicht.

Apparat nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte obere Meßeinrichtung (103) ein mittels Druckluft arbeitender Ring zum Messen des Durchmessers ist und daß eine weitere Meßstelle (102) vor diesem Meßring vorgesehen ist, wobei die von dieser Meßstelle zum Meßring bewegten Artikel einer horizontalen Bahn folgen und eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, um einen Luftstrom zwischen diese Meßstelle und dem Meßring zu lenken.
8. Apparat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftstrom um 60° im Verhältnis zur Horizontalen geneigt ist.
