Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kontaktbrückenanordnung, die insebesondere bei elektromagnetischen Schaltgeräten Verwendung findet. Die Kontaktbrückenanordnung besteht aus Festschaltstücken (11,12) und mit diesen in Workverbindung bringbarer Kontaktbrücke (5), die in einem Fenster (3,4) eines Kontaktbrückenträgers (2) in Richtung auf die Festschaltstücke (11,12) federkraftbelastet verschiebbar geführt ist, wobei die Federabstützung über ein in der Wirkstellung sich an gehäusefesten Teilen abstützendes, von einem Anschlag (9) im Fenster (3) des Kontaktbrückenträgers (2) abgehobenen Schieber (13) erfolgt, der zwischen einem Federteller (8) und dem Anschlag (9) im Fenter (3) des Kontaktbrückenträgers (2) von der Außenseite der Kontaktbrückenanordnung quer zur Federbelastungsrichtung einschiebbar ist.The invention relates to a contact bridge arrangement, which is used in particular in electromagnetic switching devices. Bei einer bekannten Kontaktbrückenanordnung der obengenannten Art (DT-AS 1 300 611) ist es, um das Abstützungsteil mit den gehäusefesten Teilen in Eingriff bringen zu können, notwendig, das Gehäuse zweizuteilen bzw. die festen Schaltstücke U-förmig derart auszubilden, daß sie mit einem U-Schenkel mit dem Abstützungsteil in Verbindung kommen. Bei diesen bekannten Anordnungen ist ein erheblicher Aufwand bei der Montage der Geräte zu treiben. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll eine Anordnung der obengenannten Art geschaffen werden, die eine automatengerechte Montage ermöglicht und einfach im Aufbau ist. Dies wird bei einer Anordnung der obengenannten Art dadurch erreicht, daß das Abstützungsteil ein Schieber ist, der zwischen einem Federteller und dem Anschlag . im Fenster des Kontaktbrückenträgers von der Außenseite der Kontaktbrückenanordnung quer zur Federbelastungsrichtung einschiebbar ist. Das Trennen von Federteller und Anschlag im Fenster erfolgt selbsttätig, wenn Anschlag und Schieber schräge Anlaufflächen haben. Ein automatisches Anheben des Federtellers und damit ein Spannen der Feder sowie das Verhindern des falschen Einsetzens des Schiebers wird gewährleistet, wenn die gehäusefesten Teile in Einschubrichtung steigend angeordnet und der Schieber mit einem dem Steigungsunterschied entsprechend hohen Ausgleichsansatz versehen ist. Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Schaltgerät besteht aus dem in dem Gehäuse 1 verschiebbar geführten Kontaktbrückenträger 2, der mit Fenstern 3 und 4 versehen ist, in dem Kontaktbrücken 5 verschiebbar entgegen der Kraft der Federn 6 geführt sind. Die Federn 6 stützen sich über die Federteller 7 an den Kontaktbrücken 5 einerseits ab und liegen über die Federteller 8 an einem Anschlag 9 bzw. 10 des Fensters 3 bzw. 4 an. Die in der Fig. 1 oben liegende Kontaktbrücke 5 arbeitet mit den Festschaltstücken 11 als Öffnerkontakt und mit den Festschaltstücken 12 arbeitet die Kontaktbrücke 5, die im Fenster 4 verschiebbar geführt ist, als Schließerkontakt zusammen. Um einen im wesentlichen günstigeren Kraftbedarf und eine gleichmäßige Kraftverteilung bei Bewegung des Kontaktbrückenträgers 2 über den gesamten Schaltweg zu erreichen, wird eine sogenannte Öffnerabstützung vorgesehen, die aus dem Schieber 13, der zwischen den Anschlag 9 im Kontaktbrückenfenster 4 und den Federteller 8 eingeschoben wird, besteht. In Fig. 1 ist der Schieber bereits zur Anlage am Federteller 8 gebracht; in Fig. 2 ist er in die Betriebslage eingeschoben. Um das Einschieben zu erleichtern, sind an dem Anschlag 9 und dem Schieber 13 schräge Anlaufflächen 14 bzw. 15. Die gehäusefesten Teile, an denen sich der Schieber 13 abstützt, tragen die Bezugszeichen 16 bzw. 17 und sind treppenförmig angeordnet, d.h. in Einschubrichtung steigend ist die in der Zeichnung links liegende Abstützungsfläche tiefer als die rechts liegende. Die Steigung ist derart vorgesehen, daß, nachdem der Federteller 8 von dem Anschlag 9 abgehoben ist und der Schieber mit seiner Stärke zwischen beiden Teilen eingedrungen ist, die Anlauffläche 15 passend am Abstützungsteil 17 anliegt und hiernach wird der Schieber 13 weiter angehoben. Ein Ausgleichsansatz 18 am Schieber 13 kommt zur Auflage am Teil 16. Zum besseren Einführen dienen auch hier wieder schräge Flächen 19 bzw. 20 am Schieber 13 bzw. am Teil 16.The switching device shown in the drawing consists of the

Der Schieber 13 hat im Bereich des Ausgleichsansatzes 18 Ansätze 21, die in nutenförmige Ausnehmungen 22 im Gehäuse 1 im eingeschobenen Zustand des Schiebers 13 eingreifen. Die Ansätze 21 sind derart asymmetrisch angeordnet, daß der Schieber 13 nur in der aus der Zeichnung ersichtlichen Lage einschiebbar ist. Es ist also ersichtlich, daß durch den erfindungsgemäßen Schieber eine Offnerabstützung geschaffen wurde, die auf einfache Weise eine relativ hohe Vorspannung erlaubt, ohne hierbei den Kontaktbrückentrkger in Extremstellung verschieben zu müssen und ohne die gehäusefesten Teile 16 und 17 entfernen zu können, mit einem geteilten Gehäuse arbeiten zu müssen.
