Abstract
Раскрыты пестицидные белки, проявляющие токсическую активность против видов чешуекрылых вредителей, и они включают, но не ограничиваются ими, TIC7941, TIC7941PL_1, TIC7941PL_2 и TIC7941PL_3. Представлены конструкции ДНК, которые содержат последовательность рекомбинантной нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующую один или несколько раскрытых пестицидных белков. Представлены трансгенные растения, растительные клетки, семена и части растений, устойчивые к заражению чешуекрылыми насекомыми, которые содержат последовательности рекомбинантных нуклеиновых кислот, кодирующие пестицидные белки по настоящему изобретению. Также представлены способы обнаружения присутствия последовательностей рекомбинантных нуклеиновых кислот или белков по настоящему изобретению в биологическом образце и способы борьбы с вредителями видов чешуекрылых с использованием любого из пестицидных белков TIC7941, TIC7941PL_1, TIC7941PL_2 и TIC7941PL_3. Также раскрыты способы и композиции для улучшения инсектицидной активности пестицидного белка против видов насекомых-вредителей. Кроме того, раскрыты способ и композиции для снижения экспрессии пестицидного белка в тканях органов размножения трансгенного растения.
