Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к способу получения сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена в присутствии каталитической системы, включающей в себя: (I) твердый продукт реакции, полученный взаимодействием a) углеводородного раствора, содержащего 1) органическое кислородсодержащее соединение магния или галогенсодержащее соединение магния и 2) органическое кислородсодержащее соединение титана, и b) соединения алюминия формулы AlRX, где R представляет собой нециклическую углеводородную группу, содержащую (3-10) атомов углерода, X представляет собой галогенид, и 0<a<3, и (II) соединения алюминия формулы AlR3, где R представляет собой мольное отношение алюминия из (b) к титану из (a) больше чем 3:1, средний размер частиц катализатора находится в пределах от 0,01 до 1,0 мкм и полученный полимер имеет вид сфероидальных частиц со средним размером частиц менее чем 50 мкм или имеет вид слабо связанных агломератов, состоящих из сфероидальных субчастиц со средним размером частиц менее чем 50 мкм.
