Abstract
Описаны прибор на органических светодиодах и устройство отображения. Прибор на органических светодиодах содержит стеклянную подложку, первый электрод, органический светоизлучающий слой, второй электрод и слой с улучшенным коэффициентом оптического вывода под стеклянной подложкой или на втором электроде. Материал слоя с улучшенным коэффициентом оптического вывода содержит первый материал с первым показателем преломления и второй материал со вторым показателем преломления, и разница значений между первым показателем преломления и вторым показателем преломления больше, чем заданное пороговое значение.
