Abstract
Изобретение относится к нефтедобывающей промышленности, а именно к технологии одновременно-раздельной добычи с использованием вставных штанговых насосов и замены оборудования в случае подземного ремонта скважин. Оборудование состоит из трех последовательно снизу вверх соединенных посредством герметичных разъемных замковых соединений компоновок: пакерной, компоновки средоразделителя и насосной компоновки. Пакерная компоновка состоит из последовательно снизу вверх соединенных пакера, башмака стингера, башмака цангового замка, корпуса цангового ловителя. Компоновка средоразделителя состоит из последовательно снизу вверх соединенных стингера, цангового замка, газосепаратора, двухканального средоразделителя, в одном из каналов которого размещен боковой всасывающий клапан, кожуха, башмака замковой опоры и колонны лифтовых труб. Насосная компоновка состоит из вставного штангового насоса с нижним манжетным креплением и замком с верхним механическим креплением и выполнена с обеспечением герметичного разделения подпакерного и надпакерного пространства скважины нижним манжетным креплением вставного насоса при его установке во втором канале средоразделителя. Для осуществления способа установки оборудования в скважине используется технологическая компоновка, обеспечивающая спуск пакерной компоновки в скважину, установку пакера и подъем пакерной компоновки на устье скважины. Технический результат заключается в высокой ремонтопригодности заявляемого оборудования для одновременно-раздельной добычи нефти.The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the technology of simultaneous-separate production using plug-in sucker rod pumps and equipment replacement in the case of underground repair of wells. The equipment consists of three consecutive bottom-up connected by means of sealed detachable locking connections of the layouts: packer, media separator layout and pump assembly. The packer layout consists of a sequentially bottom-up connected packer, stinger shoe, collet lock shoe, collet catch body. The layout of the separator consists of sequentially bottom-up connected stinger, collet lock, gas separator, two-channel separator, in one of the channels of which the side suction valve, casing, locking support shoe and column of elevator pipes are located. The pump arrangement consists of a plug-in sucker-rod pump with a lower lip mounting and a lock with an upper mechanical attachment and is designed to ensure tight separation of the subpacker and nadpaknerny space of the well by the lower lip mounting of the plug-in pump when it is installed in the second channel of the middle separator. For the implementation of the method of installation of the equipment in the well, a technological arrangement is used to ensure the descent of the packer assembly into the well, the installation of the packer and the rise of the packer assembly at the wellhead. The technical result consists in the high maintainability of the proposed equipment for simultaneous separate oil production.
