Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения БТК и СНГ, включающему: (а) контактирование потока сырья, содержащего С5-С12 углеводороды, в присутствии водорода с катализатором гидрокрекинга в реакторе гидрокрекинга для получения потока продуктов гидрокрекинга, содержащего водород, метан, СНГ и БТК; (b) разделение потока продуктов гидрокрекинга на первый газовый поток и первый жидкий поток; (с) разделение первого газового потока с получением второго газового потока, содержащего водород и метан, и второго жидкого потока, содержащего СНГ и БТК, при этом разделение осуществляется таким образом, что второй жидкий поток по существу не содержит водорода и метана; (d) разделение второго жидкого потока на третий газовый поток, содержащий СНГ, и третий жидкий поток, содержащий БТК; при этом стадия (с) включает в себя добавление части третьего жидкого потока в первый газовый поток, чтобы абсорбировать СНГ в первом газовом потоке с получением второго жидкого потока, или добавление части третьего жидкого потока в газовый поток, выделенный из первого газового потока, чтобы абсорбировать СНГ в указанном газовом потоке, выделенном из первого газового потока, с получением второго жидкого потока.The invention relates to a method for producing BTX and LPG, including: (a) contacting a feed stream containing C5-C12 hydrocarbons in the presence of hydrogen with a hydrocracking catalyst in a hydrocracking reactor to produce a stream of hydrocracking products containing hydrogen, methane, LPG and BTK; (b) separating the stream of hydrocracking products into a first gas stream and a first liquid stream; (c) separating the first gas stream to produce a second gas stream containing hydrogen and methane and a second liquid stream containing LPG and BTK, wherein the separation is carried out in such a way that the second liquid stream essentially does not contain hydrogen and methane; (d) separating the second liquid stream into a third gas stream containing LPG and a third liquid stream containing BTF; wherein step (c) involves adding a portion of the third liquid stream to the first gas stream to absorb LPG in the first gas stream to produce a second liquid stream, or adding a portion of the third liquid stream to the gas stream separated from the first gas stream to absorb LPG in the specified gas stream separated from the first gas stream, to obtain a second liquid stream.
