Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к комбинированному способу конверсии сырой нефти в нефтехимические продукты, включающему перегонку сырой нефти, гидрокрекинг и синтез олефинов, при этом способ включает в себя стадии, на которых сырье установки гидрокрекинга подвергают гидрокрекингу с образованием СНГ и БТК и подвергают СНГ, полученный в указанном способе, синтезу олефинов. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к технологической установке для конверсии сырой нефти в нефтехимические продукты, содержащей установку перегонки сырой нефти, содержащую ввод для сырой нефти и по меньшей мере один вывод для одной или более фракции, выбранной из нафты, керосина и газойля; установку гидрокрекинга, содержащую ввод для сырья установки гидрокрекинга, вывод для СНГ и вывод для БТК; и установку для синтеза олефинов, содержащую ввод для СНГ, образованного комбинированной нефтехимической технологической установкой, и вывод для олефинов. Сырье установки гидрокрекинга, используемое в способе и технологической установке настоящего изобретения, содержит одну или более фракцию, выбранную из нафты, керосина и газойля, полученных с помощью перегонки сырой нефти в указанном способе; и образованный нефтеперерабатывающей установкой легкий дистиллят и/или образованный нефтеперерабатывающей установкой средний дистиллят, полученные в указанном способе. Способ и технологическая установка настоящего изобретения имеют повышенное образование нефтехимических продуктов за счет образования топлив и повышенную эффективность по углероду по показателю конверсии сырой нефти в нефтехимические продукты.
