Abstract
Устройство и способ для изготовления дисперсий и твёрдых фаз посредством контролируемого осаждения, соосаждения и процессов самоорганизации в струйном микрореакторе, причём, соответственно, струя растворителя (2), который содержит по меньшей мере одну целевую молекулу, и струя нерастворителя (3) с определённым давлением и скоростью потока встречаются друг с другом в реакторной камере струйного микрореактора в точке (K) столкновения, причём струйный микрореактор имеет газовый вход (5) для насыщения газами реакторной камеры (1) и выход (6) для вывода исходных продуктов в газовом потоке. Вследствие этого, происходит очень быстрое осаждение, соосаждение или химическая реакция, в рамках которой образуются микро- и наночастицы. Для создания устройства, при помощи которого осаждение растворителя/нерастворителя может быть осуществлено таким образом, что образуются как можно более мелкие частицы, которые в образующейся дисперсии в значительной мере не подвержены оствальдовому старению, в рамках изобретения предлагается, что к выходу для исходных продуктов примыкает устройство (7) для сушки распылением, а для оптимизации и поддержания рабочих параметров устройства (7) для сушки распылением предусмотрен регулировочный контур (11).
