Abstract
Процедура остановки реактора дегидрогенизации, имеющего слой катализатора с хромсодержащим катализатором, работающим при первой повышенной температуре, включает охлаждение слоя катализатора первым охлаждающим газом до второй повышенной температуры, которая ниже первой повышенной температуры, удаление первого охлаждающего газа, введение восстановительного газа в слой катализатора, охлаждение слоя катализатора вторым охлаждающим газом от второй повышенной температуры до третьей повышенной температуры, удаление восстановительного газа, охлаждение слоя катализатора до четвертой повышенной температуры и введение воздуха для охлаждения катализатора до температуры окружающей среды, и при этом реактор дегидрогенизации останавливается. Второй охлаждающий газ может быть тем же восстановительным газом или отличным от него. Более того, реактор может быть очищен от восстановительного газа третьим охлаждающим газом.
