Abstract
Способ высокоскоростного изготовления многослойной трубы (5) с помощью листогибочной машины, причем многослойная труба (5) содержит, по меньшей мере, первый слой (1) материала и слой (2) материала, прилегающий к первому слою (1) материала, согласно которому прилегающий слой (2) материала, по меньшей мере, слегка выгибают, предназначенные для соединения в многослойную трубу (5) слои (1, 2) материалов накладывают друг на друга, при этом первый слой (1) материала позиционируют как слой (1) материала, накладываемый на прилегающий слой (2) материала, первое соединение (3а) накладываемого слоя (1) материала и прилегающего слоя (2) материала образуют за счет того, что накладываемый слой (1) материала соединяют с прилегающим слоем (2) материала примерно вдоль некоторой первой кромки (4а) накладываемого слоя (1) материала или примерно вдоль линии, параллельной ей, второе соединение (3b) накладываемого слоя (1) материала и прилегающего слоя (2) материала образуют за счет того, что накладываемый слой (1) материала соединяют с прилегающим слоем (2) материала примерно вдоль второй кромки (4b) накладываемого слоя (1) материала или примерно вдоль линии, параллельной ей, и образованный таким образом многослойный материал (1, 2) с помощью листогибочной машины формуют в многослойную трубу (5), причем в процессе этой формовки, начиная с определенной степени деформации, накладываемый и в дальнейшем образующий внутреннюю трубу слой (1) материала сжимают между двумя упомянутыми соединениями (3а, 3b) слоев материалов в периферическом направлении и тем самым впрессовывают в прилегающий и в дальнейшем образующий наружную трубу слой (2) материала.
