Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и системе для определения положения штанговой глубинно-насосной установки без использования устройства обнаружения положения во время производственной эксплуатации. Система управления насоса штанговой глубинно-насосной установки содержит соединенный с базой данных контроллер, выполненный с возможностью выборки значений крутящего момента "rxless" из базы данных. Посредством сохраненных значений крутящего момента "rxless", соответствующих мертвым точкам кривошипа во время начального калибровочного цикла откачивания, контроллер выполнен с возможностью непрерывно выбирать значения крутящего момента "rxless" установки и определять положение кривошипа в зависимости от выбранного крутящего момента "rxless". Контроллер управляет насосной установкой для обеспечения её оптимальной работы без использования датчика положения кривошипа во время производственной эксплуатации посредством идентификации мертвой точки и установки оценочного значения положения кривошипа, равного значению, соответствующему положению кривошипа в идентифицированной мертвой точке.
