Abstract
Описан способ получения фосфорной кислоты, включающий обработку в водной среде фосфатной породы серной кислотой с образованием первой суспензии дигидрата, суспендированной в водной фазе, имеющей содержание свободного РОот 38 до 50% и содержание свободного SOменее чем 0,5%, превращение этой первой суспензии путем нагревания с перекристаллизацией растворенного сульфата кальция, что вызывает образование второй суспензии полугидрата и разделение второй суспензии на продукционную фосфорную кислоту и осадок полугидрата, отличающийся тем, что он включает во время обработки добавление источника фтора в первую суспензию в количестве от 1 до 5 мас.% F относительно РО, содержащегося в фосфатной породе.
