Abstract
Изобретение относится к области энергосбережения и вторичного использования тепловых ресурсов и направлено на создание независимой системы горячего водоснабжения с использованием тепла отработанной воды из установок ванных комнат (душевых и рукомойников) жилого здания. Сущность изобретения состоит в применении двухступенчатого нагрева холодной водопроводной воды до требуемой в системе горячего водоснабжения температуры горячей воды: первая ступень - теплообменник предварительного нагрева холодной водопроводной воды; вторая ступень - теплообменник догревания с горячим теплоносителем теплового насоса или системы централизованного теплоснабжения. Применение двухступенчатой системы нагревания воды приводит к снижению необходимой производительности теплообменника теплового насоса, а также к снижению тепловых потерь в накопительной теплоизолированной емкости. При этом для стоков из ванных и душей с рукомойниками устраивают отдельные от общей канализации теплоизолированные трубопроводы, по которым теплую воду стоков направляют в теплоизолированную емкость, из которой с регулируемым расходом теплую воду подают в теплообменник первичного нагрева водопроводной холодной воды, которую также подают с регулируемым расходом, а затем направляют на догревание в теплообменник догревания с горячем теплоносителем теплового насоса или системы централизованного теплоснабжения до необходимой температуры и далее собирают в теплоизолированную емкость, откуда по системе горячего водоснабжения подают потребителям.The invention relates to the field of energy saving and recycling of thermal resources and is aimed at creating an independent hot water supply system using waste water heat from bathroom installations (showers and washstands) of a residential building. The essence of the invention consists in the application of two-stage heating of cold tap water up to the temperature of hot water required in the hot water supply system: the first stage is a heat exchanger for preheating cold tap water; the second stage is an after-heating heat exchanger with hot heat carrier of a heat pump or district heating system. The use of a two-stage system of heating water leads to a decrease in the required performance of the heat exchanger of the heat pump, as well as to a decrease in heat losses in the storage heat-insulated container. At the same time, for the drains from bathrooms and showers with washstands, heat-insulated pipelines separate from the common sewage are arranged, through which warm water from the effluent is sent to a heat-insulated tank, from which warm water is supplied to the heat exchanger of primary heating of cold-running water, which is also fed with adjustable flow and then sent for reheating to the reheating heat exchanger with hot heat carrier of the heat pump or district heating system to the required temperature The fish are further collected in a heat-insulated container, from where they are supplied to consumers through the hot water system.
