Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится, в общем, к области молекулярной биологии и касается способа улучшения различных экономически важных характеристик урожайности в растениях. В частности, настоящее изобретение касается способа улучшения характеристик урожайности в растениях путем модулирования экспрессии в растении нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей POI (целевой белок) полипептид. Настоящее изобретение также касается растений, имеющих модулированную экспрессию нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей POI полипептид, и которые имеют улучшенные характеристик урожайности по сравнению с контрольными растениями. В изобретении предложены также до настоящего времени неизвестные POI-кодирующие нуклеиновые кислоты и содержащие их конструкты, пригодные в осуществлении способов изобретения.
