Abstract

Описан способ удаления аммиака из отходящих газов с секции формования установки по производству мочевины. Способ включает контакт отходящих газов с твердым адсорбентом, способным физически адсорбировать аммиак, в частности, с активированным углем или цеолитом. Затем твердый адсорбент, содержащий адсорбированный на нем аммиак, отделяют от газа и регенерируют, растворяя аммиак в экстракционной жидкости, предпочтительно воде. После отделения воды из твердого адсорбента последний снова применяется в процессе.
