Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к пастеризованному и ферментированному молочному продукту, отличающемуся тем, что он включает приведенные ниже количества кальция и витамина D на каждые 100 г продукта: по меньшей мере 320 мг кальция и по меньшей мере 4 мкг витамина D, или кальций в диапазоне от не менее 150 до менее 400 мг и витамин D не менее 4 мкг, или кальций не менее 275 мг и витамин D в диапазоне от не менее 1,6 до менее 4 мкг, или кальций в диапазоне от не менее 150 до менее 275 мг и витамин D в диапазоне от не менее 3,05 до менее 4 мкг.
