Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения высокоориентированной ленты из высокомолекулярного полимера. Способ включает стадии, на которых: а) получают неволокнистый полимерный лист (30); b) проводят вальцевание и растяжение указанного листа (30) для получения частично ориентированного полимерного полотна (31); с) осуществляют вытяжку частично ориентированного полимерного полотна (31) для получения ориентированной неволокнистой полимерной ленты (33), способ не является непрерывным в том смысле, что скорость технологической линии на входе по меньшей мере одной стадии способа отличается от скорости технологической линии на выходе предшествующей стадии способа. Изобретение также относится к устройству для осуществления способа. Изобретение также относится к листовому материалу, включающему полимерные ленты. Пуленепробиваемое изделие, включающее листовой материал, обладает превосходными свойствами защиты от огнестрельного оружия.
