Abstract
Способ получения липидов из биомассы, содержащей по меньшей мере один полисахарид, в котором подвергают указанную биомассу кислотному гидролизу в присутствии водного раствора по меньшей мере одной органической кислоты, выбранной из алкил- или арилсульфоновых кислот, имеющих от Сдо Сатомов углерода, предпочтительно от Сдо Cатомов углерода, или из галогенированных карбоновых кислот, при температуре в интервале от 80 до 160°С, предпочтительно от 100 до 150°С, получая первую смесь, содержащую первую твердую фазу и первую водную фазу; подвергают указанную первую смесь ферментному гидролизу с получением второй смеси, содержащей вторую твердую фазу и вторую водную фазу; подвергают указанную вторую водную фазу ферментации в присутствии по меньшей мере одного вида олеогенных дрожжей, получая олеогенную клеточную биомассу, содержащую липиды. Липиды, полученные таким образом, можно преимущественно применять в получении биотоплива или экологического топлива, которое можно использовать как таковое или в смеси с другими видами топлива для автомобилей.
