Abstract

Описывается уплотнение вала с расположенным на валу (2) внутренним уплотнительным элементом (6), имеющим по меньшей мере одно кольцо (7, 9, 11), и с расположенным на корпусе (1) ролика наружным уплотнительным элементом, имеющим по меньшей мере одно кольцо (14, 15, 16), направленное, по существу, параллельно к по меньшей мере одному кольцу (7, 9, 11) внутреннего уплотнительного элемента (6). В соответствии с изобретением предусмотрено, что в одном из колец (14, 15, 16) одного из двух уплотнительных элементов (13) предусмотрен проходящий по периметру в форме кольца и направленный к кольцу (7, 9, 11) другого уплотнительного элемента (6) выступ (17, 18, 19), который при сборке уплотнения вала находится в контакте с кольцом (7, 9, 11) другого уплотнительного элемента (6) и после начала вращательного движения вала (2) и/или корпуса (1) ролика стачивается до тех пор, пока не образуется узкий кольцевой зазор между выступом (17, 18, 19) и кольцом (7, 9, 11) другого уплотнительного элемента (6).
