Abstract

Описаны новые фармацевтические композиции на основе галлия, содержащие комплексные соединения галлия, обладающие повышенной биодоступностью при пероральном применении по сравнению с несвязанными в комплексное соединение солями галлия. Такие композиции полезны для лечения состояний и заболеваний, при которых желательным является ингибирование повышенной резорбции кальция, включая рак, гиперкальцемию, остеопороз, остеопению и болезнь Пейджета. Также обеспечены способы получения и лечения.
