Abstract
С помощью непрерывного гидролиза под давлением материала лигноцеллюлозы и дальнейшего ферментативного гидролиза твердых остатков, которые не гидролизировались, получают глюкозу, к которой добавляют крахмальное сырье и все подвергают амилолитическому расщеплению и спиртовому брожению. Получают этанол, фурфурол, уксусную кислоту и лигнин. Устройство, которое содержит загрузочное устройство, гидролизаторы, расширители и ректификационные колоны, отличается тем, что червячное напорное загрузочное устройство непрерывного действия 13 состоит из сегментов, образованных корпусом 94 с однозаходным червяком 86 конвейера, установленном на вале 85. Между витками червяка помещено по крайней мере одно паровое кольцо 88, которое на стороне входа сырья конически расширяется. В выходном вкладыше 93 с переходником, который ведет к первому гидролизатору 22, достигается давление, идентичное давлению в первом гидролизаторе 22. Последний гидролизатор 24 подключен к первой ректификационной колонне 43 для фурфурола и секции ферментативного гидролиза лигноцеллюлозы, амилолитического расщепления и брожения этанола.
