Abstract

Предложен опрыскиватель для обработки полевых культур, содержащий транспортное средство, на котором смонтирована емкость для рабочей жидкости, содержащей дозировано вносимый на обрабатываемую поверхность препарат, связанная со средством подачи рабочей жидкости, выполненным в виде напорной магистрали, снабженной объемным насосом с приводом, средством регулирования расхода рабочей жидкости и средством распределения рабочей жидкости, выполненными в виде штанги, снабженной множеством распылителей заданной производительности. В опрыскивателе средство регулирования расхода рабочей жидкости выполнено в виде механической передачи с набором передаточных чисел, первичный вал которой связан с трансмиссией транспортного средства, а вторичный вал связан с валом привода насоса, причем каждое передаточное число механической передачи выбрано с возможностью установления фиксированного соответствия расхода рабочей жидкости рабочей скорости движения транспортного средства, при этом в напорной магистрали установлен манометр, снабженный электроконтактными выводами, выполненный с возможностью визуального и/или звукового контроля минимального и максимального допустимых значений рабочего давления в заданном диапазоне, обеспечивающем работу распылителей заданной производительности в режиме, определяющем заданное качество внесения препарата на обрабатываемую поверхность.A sprayer for treating field crops is proposed, comprising a vehicle, on which a container for working fluid is mounted, containing a preparation applied to the surface to be treated, connected with a means for supplying the working fluid, made in the form of a pressure line, equipped with a volumetric pump with a drive, means for controlling the flow rate fluid and means of distribution of the working fluid, made in the form of a rod, equipped with a set of nozzles of a given performance.
