Abstract

Настоящее изобретение предлагает экономичный способ изготовления губчатого титанового материала высокой чистоты, содержащего меньшие количества кислорода и металлических элементов. Для этого при производстве губчатого титанового материала способом Кролла время t вакуумного разделения на стадии вакуумного разделения устанавливают как t=t+(15~35) ч, где t- это время от начала вакуумного разделения до момента времени, когда температура Tцентральной части материала в реакторе достигает стабильной температуры. В центральной части материала и вблизи нее, где количества металлических элементов являются небольшими, измеренная по методу БЭТ удельная площадь поверхности составляет менее 0,05 м/г.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
