Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предоставляет рациональный и весьма эффективный способ удаления растворенного селена из разнообразных водных потоков нефтеперерабатывающего завода и потоков сточных вод. Настоящее изобретение предоставляет новый и эффективный способ окисления селеновых и селеноорганических соединений до селенита, имеющего степень окисления (+4), для того чтобы адсорбировать его на осадке оксида металла или гидроксида металла. Это изобретение включает два реактора-резервуара с непрерывным перемешиванием (РРНП), работающих последовательно. Обрабатываемый поток и одну из нескольких солей железа (сульфат железа, хлорное железо и др.) вводят в первый РРНП, при этом образуются осадки гидроксида железа и оксигидроксида железа. Значение рН в первом РРНП автоматически контролируется посредством регулирования скорости добавления соли железа. Поток, выходящий из первого реактора, поступает во второй РРНП, в который вводят перманганат калия. Селен в обрабатываемом исходном потоке окисляется до селенита (+4); осадок диоксида марганца образуется как побочный продукт реакции окисления. Затем селенит адсорбируется на различных осадках, которые удаляются путем центрифугирования. Значение рН центрифугированной воды устанавливается автоматически путем контролируемого добавления гидроксида натрия. Эффективность этого непрерывного способа продемонстрирована для потоков с широким интервалом концентраций селена, включая сточные воды нефтеперерабатывающего завода и отпаренную кислую воду нефтеперерабатывающего завода.
