Abstract
Регулятор напряжения генератора содержит устройство, по существу, постоянного напряжения, соединенное последовательно с делительными резисторами цепи смещения для снижения тока и обеспечения, по существу, постоянного падения напряжения, и импеданс, соединенный между первым и вторым резисторами и колебательным контуром и базой транзистора-усилителя, так чтобы уменьшить нагрузку на колебательный контур и чтобы улучшить стабильность, уменьшить фазовый шум и увеличить выходную мощность усилителя. Использование кремниевого диода с р-n переходом и кремниевого n-р-n транзистора обеспечивает температурную компенсацию для жарких и холодных условий окружающей среды для обеспечения работы генератора, по существу, при постоянном значении тока питания.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
