Abstract

Заявлен нехимический, "неостаточный" способ контролирования вредителей, патогенов и других нежелательных организмов, обнаруживаемых в пищевых запасах. Окрашенные вещества действуют как тепловые ловушки для ультрафиолетовых фотонов, и нежелательные организмы избирательно нагреваются без повреждения прилежащих пищевых объектов.
