Abstract
Слой (6, 78) материала, состоящего из макрочастиц, поддерживаемый газораспределяющим дном (9, 75), размещают с использованием обрабатывающего газа, подаваемого по каналам (19, 35, 77) посекционно и направляемого вверх через газораспределяющее дно и слой материала из одного или нескольких нижележащих отсеков (15, 76). Расход обрабатывающего газа через каждый канал (19, 35, 77) саморегулируется посредством регулятора расхода, предусмотренного в каждом канале. Таким образом получается, что общие потери давления по газораспределяющему дну можно уменьшить, что поток обрабатывающего газа распределяется требуемым и вполне определенным образом по всему газораспределяющему дну независимо от состава слоя материала и его распределения и что предотвращается образование туннелей.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
