Abstract
Способ стабилизации пламени на насадках проходов горелки в процессе получения синтез-газа частичным окислением газообразного углеводородсодержащего топлива, включающий следующие операции: (а) подачу газообразного углеводородсодержащего топлива, регулирующего газа и окислителя через горелку в реактор, при которой массовый расход регулирующего газа устанавливают таким, чтобы концентрация регулирующего газа не превышала установленного предела; (б) осуществление условий процесса, при которых пламя контактирует с насадками проходов горелки; (в) перерегулировку скоростей и массовых расходов топлива, и/или окислителя, и/или регулирующего газа в случае подъема пламени от насадок проходов горелки, чтобы вновь обеспечить стабилизацию пламени на насадках проходов горелки; при этом при операции (в) концентрация регулирующего газа не превышает указанного предела при операции (а).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
